بررسی رابطه بین حکمرانی خوب و ناهنجاری اجتماعی با توجه به نقش میانجی نشاط اجتماعی

ناهنجارهای اجتماعی از عوامل مخربی تلقی می‌شوند که می‏توانند هر جامعه‏ای را با مشکلات جد‌ّی مواجه سازند و در نتیجه جوامع هزینه‏های زیادی را برای مدیریت و کنترل آن‌ها متحمل شوند. بررسی ارتباط بین حکمرانی خوب و ناهنجاری اجتماعی، با توجه به نقش میانجی شادابی اجتماعی، هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر است. تحقیق پیش رو از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر روش از تحقیقات توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 110 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بودند که 78 نفر از آن‌ها به کمک فرمول به عنوان نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز، پس از توزیع پرسشنامه‏ها، جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم‏افزارهای آماری spss و amos تجزیه و تحلیل شد. فرضیات تحقیق با استفاده از فن تحلیل مسیر و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پس از تحلیل‏های آماری یافته‏های تحقیق بر وجود رابطه معنادار بین متغیرهای تحقیق دلالت کرد که به تایید فرضیه‏ها منجر شد؛ یعنی حکمرانی خوب رابطه معکوس و معنادار با ناهنجاری اجتماعی و رابطه معنادار و مستقیم با شادابی اجتماعی دارد. همچنین شادابی اجتماعی با ناهنجاری اجتماعی رابطه معنادار دارد. بدین ترتیب، میانجی بودن شادابی اجتماعی در رابطه بین حکمرانی خوب و ناهنجاری اجتماعی نیز تایید شد.

The Relationship between Good Governance and Social Anomy with a Focus on the Mediating Role of Social Vitality

Social anomaly is considered as a destructive factor that can cause serious problems to any society and thus incurs huge costs for their management and control. The purpose of this article was to investigate the relationship between good governance and social anomaly with a focus on the mediating role of social happiness. This study is applied research in terms of its objectives and descriptive research in terms of its methodology. The research population consisted of 110 faculty members and postgraduate students; of whom 78 persons were selected as the respondents using simple random sampling. The required data were collected after distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS and Amos software. The research hypotheses were tested using path analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of the study indicated a significant relationship between the research variables and thus the research hypotheses were confirmed. According, good governance has a significant and negative relationship with social anomaly and a significant and positive relationship with social happiness. Social happiness also has a significant relationship with social anomaly and, thus, it plays a mediating role in the relationship between good governance and social anomaly.
