تاثیر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر سرمایه اجتماعی در ایران

سرمایه اجتماعی مفهومی کلیدی در بررسی سرشت جامعه است. تضعیف سرمایه اجتماعی می‏تواند تبعات منفی بسیاری در حوزه‏های مختلف فردی و اجتماعی به همراه داشته باشد. یکی از متغیرهای اثرگذار بر سرمایه اجتماعی هنجارهای اجتماعی است. هنجارهای اجتماعی، به منزله مولفه‏ تاثیرگذار بر سرمایه اجتماعی، در پژوهش‏های بسیار مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. سوال اصلی در مقاله پیش رو این است که آیا تغییرات در متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر سرمایه اجتماعی در ایران تاثیرگذار است؟ به نظر می‏رسد متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر وقوع و تشدید ناهنجاری‏های اجتماعی در جامعه ایرانی در بازه زمانی سال‌های 1376 تا 1392، که دو دولت متفاوت در ایران روی کار بوده‌اند، تاثیرگذار بوده است. در این نوشتار با استفاده از روش کیفی و با بهره‏گیری از منابع کتابخانه‏ای و داده‏های به‌دست‌آمده از پیمایش‏های کشوری این موضوع بررسی و تبیین می‏شود. در گام نخست تاثیرگذاری متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی، همچون تورم و بی‌کاری، بر هنجارهای اجتماعی در جامعه ایران و در گام بعد تاثیر این متغیرها بر تضعیف هنجارهای اجتماعی بررسی می‏شود. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان می‏دهد با تغییرات منفی در متغیرهای اقتصاد کلان شاهد تضعیف هنجارهای اجتماعی و به دنبال آن تضعیف سرمایه اجتماعی در کشور بوده‏ایم.

The Effect of Macroeconomic Variables on Social Capital in Iran

Social capital is considered as a key concept in the study of the nature of society.The weakening of social capital can have many negative consequences in various individual and social spheres.One of the variables influencing social capital is social norms.The main question is whether changes in macroeconomic variables affect social capital in Iran? It seems that macroeconomic variables have had an impact on the aggravation of social anomalies from 1376 to 1392. Social norms as an effective component of social capital,Has been studied in many studies, The findings in many cases indicate weakening of social norms in Iran.In the preceding article, accepting the institutional theory of abnormalities emphasis On the importance of economic entity and macroeconomic variables on the occurrence and exacerbation of social anomalies in Iranian society during the period of 1997 to 2013. the effect of macroeconomic variables such as inflation and unemployment on social norms in Iranian society has been investigated.In the next step, the results of these variables show the weakening of social norms. Findings of the research show that with negative changes in macroeconomic variables, we have witnessed the weakening of social norms and, consequently, the weakening of social capital in the country.
