تاثیر دین‌داری بر مدیریت استرس کادر فنی تیم‏های لیگ برتر فوتسال ایران با تاکید بر نقش میانجی سرمایۀ اجتماعی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر دین‌داری بر مدیریت استرس مربیان فوتسال لیگ برتر ایران با نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی است. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از حیث شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها پژوهشی توصیفی همبستگی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش کلیه اعضای کادر فنی تیم‏های لیگ برتر فوتسال ایران بود که در مجموع 68 نفر بودند. با توجه به محدودیت جامعه آماری، کل جامعه به‌منزله نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسش‌نامه دین‌دار یگلاک و استارک (1965)، سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998)، و مدیریت استرس وتن و کمرون (1381) استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با نظرخواهی از 13 نفر از استادان مدیریت ورزشی تایید شد و پایایی آن در مطالعه‌ای مقدماتی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب 0.83، 0.87، و 0.79 به دست آمد. یافته‏های تحقیق از طریق روش معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (plssem) نشان داد دین‌داری با میانجیگری سرمایه اجتماعی بر مدیریت استرس کادر فنی تیم‏های لیگ برتر فوتسال ایران تاثیرگذار است. در نتیجه، سرمایه اجتماعی با افزایش درک حمایت اجتماعی، که از طریق دین‌داری به دست می‏آید، بر مدیریت و کاهش استرس اثرگذار است.

The effect of religiosity on stress management of the technical staff of the Premier League Futsal Champions League with the emphasis on the role of mediator of social capital

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of religiousness on the stress management of futsal coaches in Iran with the role of mediator of social capital. This research is based on the purpose of applied research and in terms of collecting data, a descriptivesurvey research is a kind of correlation analysis in which the relationship between variables is analyzed based on the purpose of the research and is specifically based on structural equations. The statistical population of this study is a total of 68 people. Due to the constraints of the statistical society, the whole society was selected as a sample. To measure the variables were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by a survey of 13 sports management professors and its Its reliability was obtained in a preliminary study through Cronbach’s alpha. The findings of the study showed that social equity mediation on stress management of the Futsal Premier League teams has been effective in using structural equations with partial least squares (PLSSEM) approach. As a result, Social capital is effective in reducing and managing stress by increasing the understanding of social support that comes from religiosity.
