موضوعات مذهبی در نقاشی های مدرن و پست مدرن( مطالعه موردی پُل گوگَن فرانسیس بیکن میمو پالادینو رابرت گابر)

یکی از زمینه‌های پژوهش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای در حوزه فرهنگ، مطالعات مربوط به نسبت دین و هنر است. به‌واقع می‌توان دوره‌هایی در تاریخ هنر مشاهده کرد که نقطه امتزاج مذهب و هنر هستند. هرچند این درهم‌آمیختگی هنر و مذهب همیشه در یک سطح نبود، اما بی‌شک مذهب یکی از بسترهای مهم خلق اثر هنری محسوب می‌شد. در دوران مدرن و پست‌مدرن اوضاع تغییر کرد و مذهب و هنر دیگر همسو نبودند. دراین‌بین هنرمندانی بودند که نشانه‌ها و یا روایت‌های مذهبی را موضوع کار خود قرار دادند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تحلیلی، تاریخی و اجتماعی هنر مدرن و پست‌مدرن است که به چگونگی نسبت هنر و مذهب در آثار چهار هنرمند مدرنیسم و پست‌مدرنیسم (پُل گوگَن، فرانسیس بیکن، میمو پالادینو، رابرت گابر) می‌پردازد. سوال اصلی آن است که رابطه هنر مدرن و پست‌مدرن با آموزه‌های دینی، سیاسی و اخلاقی چگونه است و گزینش و چیدمان عناصر بصری به چه ترتیبی است؟ هنر مدرن می‌خواهد خود غایت خویش باشد نه وسیله تبلیغ و ترویج و تحکیم آموزه‌های سیاسی، دینی و اخلاقی. آنچه در اندیشه پست‌مدرن مطرح می‌گردد این است که باید از عقل‌ها و بینش‌ها و اندیشه‌های متکثر، بدون تلاش برای تاثیرگذاری، سخن به میان آورد. این تحقیق با استفاده از رویکرد پژوهش کیفی انجام‌شده است و داده‌های مورد نیاز آن از طریق اسناد و مدارک کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری ‌شده است و محقق نسبت به توصیف و تحلیل جامعه آماری پژوهش با مطالعه آثار نقاشی پُل گوگَن، فرانسیس بیکن، میمو پالادینو، رابرت گابر، به اهداف مورد نظر دست خواهد یافت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد، اثر هنری در خلا خلق نمی‌شود، بلکه برآیندی از زمان، مکان و آگاهی دوران خالق آن است. در آثار هنریِ دوران مدرن اشارات مذهبی ریشه در نقد خردباوری دارد. آثار پست‌مدرنیسم ثمره سرهم‌بندی خودپسندانۀ عناصری است که فقط به سبب ظاهر بصری‌شان در کنار یکدیگر قرار می‌گیرند و یا انتقادی رادیکال به آموزه‌های مذهبی دارند.

Religious Themes in Modern and PostModern Paintings (A Case Study of Paul Gauguin, Francis Bacon, Mimmo Paladino and Robert Gober

One of the interdisciplinary study field in the realm of culture is studies on the relationship between religion and art. In fact, we can observe periods in history of art when the religion and art mixed. Although the mixture of art and religion was not at an even pace, religion is one important context for creation of the art works. Things have changed in the modern and postmodern period and they were not moving toward the same ends any more. Meanwhile there were artists who have worked on signs or religious traditions. Present study is an analytical, historical and social study of the modern and postmodern art which deals with the relationship between religion and art in works of four modern and postmodern artists naming Paul Gauguin, Francis Bacon, Mimmo Paladino and Robert Gober. The key question is: how is the relationship between modern and postmodern art to religious, political and ethical teachings and how is selection and composition of visual elements? Modern art, rather than being a tool for propaganda and preaching of political, religious and ethical teachings; wants to be a goal by itself. Post modernism says we should speak of logic, insight and plural thoughts without any efforts to effect anything or anyone. Present research is a qualitative study and required data were gathered through library documents. The researcher has studied works of Paul Gauguin, Francis Bacon, Mimmo Paladino and Robert Gober in order to describe and analyze the statistical sample of the study. Findings show that artistic work can’t be created in vacuum but it is the result of time, place and awareness of its creator time period. Religious concepts of modern works are rooted in criticizing wisdom. Postmodern works are the outcome of selfish combination of elements put together just due to their visual appearance or have radical criticism to religious teachings.
