پدیدارشناسی معنای شغل معلمی در گستره سبک زندگی: مطالعه موردی دبیران زن مقطع متوسطه اول ناحیه دو شهر قم

یکی از شئون وسیع سبک زندگی، سبک زندگی مشاغل است که بر اساس بینش‌ها و ارزش‌های صاحبانشان شکل می‌گیرد و در رفتارشان نشان داده می‌شود. با توجه به خلا پژوهش درباره نگرش معلمان به شغل خود، این پژوهش معنای شغل معلمی را بررسی کرده است. پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسیمعنای شغل معلمی را از نگاه ده دبیر زن مقطع متوسطه اول ناحیه دو شهر قم بررسی کرده که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با کمک مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و لحاظ کردن معیار اشباع صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها به پدیدارشدن سه معنا از شغل معلمی در قالب سه سازه عاطفی، ارتباطی و معنوی انجامید. مقوله محوری «رضایتمندی» ذیل سازه عاطفی، مقوله محوری «اجتماعی بودن در کار» ذیل سازه ارتباطی و مفهوم مرکزی «قداست و تعالی‌جویی» ذیل سازه معنوی قرار گرفت. پدیده مرکزی برآمده از داده‌ها در سه سازه مذکور، «مفهوم معلمی به‌مثابه امری مقدس» است که هر سه سازه را پوشش می‌دهد.

phenomenology of the meaning of the teaching profession within the scope of lifestyle: a case study of female middle school teachers in qom’s district two

one significant dimension of lifestyle is the professional lifestyle, which is shaped by the beliefs and values of individuals and is reflected in their behavior. given the lack of research on teachers’ perceptions of their profession, this study explores the meaning of the teaching profession. adopting a qualitative approach and a phenomenological method, the research investigates the perceptions of ten female middle school teachers in district two of qom, who were selected through purposive sampling. data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews until the saturation criterion was met. thematic analysis was employed to interpret the interviews.the findings reveal three primary meanings of the teaching profession, categorized into emotional, relational, and spiritual constructs. the central theme of &satisfaction& emerged under the emotional construct, the &social nature of work& under the relational construct, and &sacredness and transcendence& under the spiritual construct. the overarching phenomenon derived from the data across these three constructs is the conceptualization of “teaching as a sacred endeavor,& encompassing all three dimensions
