تبیین روابط میان سبک زندگی اسلامی، غنی‌سازی کار یا خانواده و اثربخشی ‌زندگی نیروی کار سازمان (زمینه مطالعه: نیروی کار شرکت نفت نوشهر)

این مطالعه در نظر دارد روابط میان سبک زندگی اسلامی، غنی‌سازی کار یا خانواده و اثربخشی ‌زندگی نیروی کار سازمان را در قالب یک مدل مفهومی تبیین نماید. جامعه آماری این مطالعه را کارکنان شرکت پخش فرآورده‌های نفتی منطقه چالوس تشکیل می‌دهد که 84 نفر از آن‌ها بر طبق روش نمونه‌برداری در دسترس در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. این پژوهش، به شیوه توصیفی همبستگی انجام شده است. داده‌ها به‌وسیله پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری گردید و به‌وسیله آزمون‌ ضریب همبستگی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان دادند که سبک زندگی اسلامی با غنی‌سازی کار یا خانواده و اثربخشی زندگی در سطح 01/0= α رابطه معناداری دارند. به‌علاوه، این یافته‌ها نشان دادند که غنی‌سازی کار و خانواده با اثربخشی زندگی در سطح 01/0= α رابطه معناداری دارد. از نتایج این مطالعه می‌توان استدلال نمود که ترویج و نهادینه‌سازی سبک زندگی مبتنی بر جهان‌بینی الهی می‌تواند به غنی‌سازی دوجانبه کار یا خانواده و در نتیجه ارتقای اثربخشی زندگی نیروی کار منجر گردد. درواقع، نیروی کاری که سبک زندگی خود را بر جهان‌بینی الهی و اوامر خالق خویش در همه ابعادش پی‌ریزی نماید و ضمناً محیط کار و خانواده‌اش سبب تولید و افزایش انرژی وافر در او برای انجام وظایفش شود، می‌تواند به یک نیروی کار برخوردار از انگیزش‌های ذاتی و درونی، قابلیت‌ها و توانایی‌های بسیاری برای حل مسائل خود، خانواده، سازمان و جامعه تبدیل گردد و در مقابل رشد و تعالی خود، خانواده، سازمان و جامعه احساس تعهد و دین نماید.

Examining the Relationships among Islamic Lifestyle, Work/Family Enrichment and life Effectiveness of the Organization workforce (Study Area: Nowshahr Oil Company Workforce)

This study intended to explain the relationships among Islamic lifestyle, work/family enrichment and life Effectiveness of the organization workforce in the form of a conceptual model. The statistical population of this study consisted of the personnel of the Chalous Petroleum Products Distribution Company, 84 of whom participated in this study according to the available sampling method. This research was done through a descriptivecorrelation method. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling. Findings of this study showed that Islamic lifestyle has a significant relationship with work/family enrichment and life effectiveness at the level of α = 0.01. In addition, these findings showed that work and family enrichment has a significant relationship with life effectiveness at the level of α = 0.01. It can be argued that the promotion and institutionalization of a lifestyle based on the divine worldview can lead to mutual enrichment of work/family, and thus improves the effectiveness of workforce life. In fact, a workforce that bases his/her lifestyle on the divine worldview and commands of his/her Creator in all its dimensions, and at the same time the work environment and his/her family cause him to produce and increase abundant energy to perform his/her duties, can be equipped with intrinsic and internal motivations, many capabilities and abilities to solve his/her own problems, family, organization and society, and feel committed and indebted to his/her growth and excellence, family, organization and society.
