چکیده
|
اشتغال از جمله متغیرهای مهم کلان اجتماعی اقتصادی است. افزایش آن یکی از اهداف اساسی تمام جوامع میباشد زیرا ارتباط تنگاتنگی با ناهنجاریهای اجتماعی اقتصادی و دیگر متغیرهای اقتصادی دارد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تعیینکنندههای اجتماعی اقتصادیاشتغال کشورهای اسلامی گروه (8d) طی دوره 20141996 با استفاده از روش اقتصادسنجی دادههای تابلویی است. نتایج مطالعه بیانگر تاثیر مثبت و معنادار عوامل نهادی (حکمرانی، آزادی اقتصادی و آزادی مدنی)و سرمایه انسانی در ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی جدید است. همچنین تاثیر نرخ تورم بر اشتغال منفی و معنادار است. تاثیر تولید ناخالص داخلی بر اشتغال کشورهای مورد مطالعه مثبت و بیمعنی است.

Abstract
|
Employment is one of the most important macro socioeconomic variables. One of the main goals of each country is to increase it, because it is closely related to socioeconomic deformities and other economic variables. Therefore, the purpose of present research is to examine the impact of socioeconomic determinants of employment in developing Islamic countries (D8) during the period of 19962014 by using econometrics panel data method. The study results represent significant and positive impact of institutional factors (governance, economic freedom and civil liberties) and human agency in creating new employment opportunities, and the impact of inflation on employment is negative and significant. Finally we can say that in the countries which were studied in present research the impact of GDP on employment is Positive and meaningless.
