تحلیل کیفی مولدهای پساطبقاتی قشربندی و نابرابری اجتماعی: از نابرابریهای سخت تا منعطف

اهداف: هم‌زمان با دگرگونی ساختارهای قشربندی اجتماعی؛ شاخص‌ها و مولدهای قشربندی و نابرابری نیز تحول می‌یابند. آخرین ادعاهای نظری دربارۀ قشربندی و نابرابری‌های اجتماعی، تحول شاخص‌ها و مولدهای قشربندی طبقاتی به سمت پساطبقاتی است. این موضع جدید پساطبقاتی هنوز چندان شناخته نشده است. تحقیق حاضر به‌ قصد تحلیل مولدهای پساطبقاتی قشربندی و نابرابری با استفاده از دو تکنیک کیفی شامل مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساخت‌یافتۀ فردی و گروه متمرکز انجام شد. روش: برای کشف مولدهای پساطبقاتی از ادراکات و تجارب فردی 23 نفر از جمعیت شهر زنجان و از 1 جلسه گروه کانونی به‌عنوان استراتژی کیفی در ارتباط و ترکیب با نتایج مصاحبه‌های فردی استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری به‌ روش هدفمند بوده و گردآوری داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری و اجماع گروهی ادامه یافت. برای کدگذاری و تحلیل از کدگذاری هم‌زمان و تحلیل تماتیک و برای اطمینان از اعتمادپذیری، از مقایسۀ تحلیلی، بازبینی اعضا و رویکرد گفت‌وگویی و هم‌سازی گروهی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: تحلیل کیفی به 14 مضمون فراگیر و 48 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده پیرامون فهم افراد از نابرابری و قشربندی (4 مضمون فراگیر،10مضمون سازمان‌دهنده)؛ فهم افراد از مولدها یا شاخص‌های قشربندی و نابرابری پساطبقاتی (7 مضمون فراگیر، 27 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده) و تجربۀ افراد از مکانیزم‌های برخورد با قشربندی و نابرابری (2 مضمون فراگیر، 11 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده) منتج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: تحقیق، به کشف عرصۀ پساطبقاتی‌شدۀ جامعه و فهرستی از مولدهای بازتولید قشربندی و نابرابری و مکانیزم‌های فردی برخورد با آن طبق فهم و ادراک افراد دست یافت و اهمیت مولدهای بسیار متنوع قشربندی و نابرابری را آشکار کرد. بنابراین، توجه به تنوع مولدها و مکانیزم‌ها در مطالعات قشربندی اجتماعی؛ همچنین توجه به رویکرد پساطبقه در تبیین قشربندی اجتماعی و استفاده و آزمونِ شاخص‌ها و مولدهای پساطبقاتی قشربندی و نابرابری حاصل از این تحقیق میدانی، در تحقیقات بعدی پیشنهاد این تحقیق است.

qualitative analysis of post-class indicators of stratification and social inequality: from hard to flexible inequalities

objectives: simultaneously with the transformation of social stratification structures, the indicators and generators of stratification and inequality are also changing. the latest theoretical claims about stratification and inequalities are the evolution of indicators and generators of class stratification towards post-class. this new post-class position is still not well known. this research was done to analyze the post-class generators of stratification and inequality. methods: the study used two qualitative techniques, including semi-structured individual interviews and focus groups. to discover post-class generators from the perceptions and individual experiences of 23 people from the population of zanjan city, one focus group session was used as a qualitative strategy in connection and combination with the results of individual interviews. sampling was purposeful and data collection continued until reaching theoretical saturation and group consensus. simultaneous coding and thematic analysis were used for coding and analysis, and analytical comparison, member check and dialogue approach, and group integration were used to ensure reliability. results: this qualitative analysis achieved 14 global themes and 48 organizing themes, consisting of 4 global themes and 10 organizing themes around people’s understanding of inequality and stratification, 7 global themes and 27 organizing themes around people’s understanding of the generators or indicators of post-class stratification and inequality, and 2 global themes and 11 organizing themes around people’s experience of the mechanisms of dealing with stratification and inequality. conclusion: this research discovered the post-classified society and a list of factors that reproduce stratification and inequality and individual mechanisms and revealed the importance of the very diverse generators of stratification and inequality. so, paying attention to the variety of generators and mechanisms in social stratification studies, the post-class approach in explaining social stratification, and the use and testing of indicators and post-class generators of stratification and inequality are suggested.
