بررسی جامعه‌شناختی ارتباطِ انزوای اجتماعی و سلامت معنویِ نابینایان (جامعۀ نابینای شهر شیراز)

اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش میزان انزوای اجتماعی و سلامت معنوی و همچنین ارتباط این دو متغیر در افراد با آسیب بینایی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق نابینایان شهر شیراز تحت پوشش بهزیستی بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری اتخاذشده، نمونه‌گیری تصادفی بود. برای تحلیل آماری این پژوهش از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. دو دسته پردازش اصلی روی داده‌ها انجام شد و برای این کار از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که انزوای اجتماعی پاسخگویان در حد متوسط به بالا است. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که در سطح تحلیل استنباطی، آزمون‌های بین متغیرهای سن، جنسیت، شدت معلولیت، علت معلولیت و مدت معلولیت با انزوای اجتماعی معنادار نیست. ولی آزمون‌های بین متغیرهای درآمد، وضعیت اشتغال، وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات، حمایت اجتماعی و سلامت معنوی با انزوای اجتماعی معنادار است. همچنین در تحلیل چند متغیره مشخص شد که تنها سه متغیر سلامت معنوی، درآمد و اشتغال، تغییرات انزوای اجتماعی نابینایان را تبیین می‌کند. در مجموع، نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در تبیین انزوای اجتماعی افراد دارای آسیب بینایی در شیراز، سطح تبیین‌کنندگی عوامل اجتماعی اکتسابی بسیار بیشتر از سایر عوامل است و از این رو، سیاست‌گذاری‌ها بایستی به سمت بهبود شرایط اجتماعی زندگی این قشر پیش رود.

sociological study of the relationship between social isolation and spiritual health among blinds in shiraz city

objectives: social isolation is one of the problems of today’s society, and its prevalence among people with special conditions, such as blindness. the present study was conducted with the aim of measuring the feeling of social isolation and spiritual health in visually impaired people. the statistical population of this research was the blind people of shiraz city covered by welfare institution. the sampling method adopted was random sampling. spss software was used for the statistical analysis of this research. two main processing categories were performed on the data, and descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for this purpose. the findings showed that the respondents’ social isolation is moderate. also, the findings showed that at the level of inferential analysis, the tests between the variables of age, gender, severity of disability, cause of disability, duration of disability, and social isolation are not significant, but the tests between the variables of income, employment status, marital status, education level, spiritual health, and social isolation are significant. in sum, the results of this research show that in explaining the social isolation of visually impaired people in shiraz, the explanatory level of acquired social factors is much higher than other factors; therefore, policies must be aimed at improving the social conditions of this people.
