تبیین ارتباط انسجام خانواده و ساختار توزیع قدرت در آن (نمونه موردی زنان متاهل شهر شیراز)

خانواده و انسجام آن نقش مهمی در توسعه اجتماعی هر جامعه دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط ساختار توزیع قدرت در خانواده بر انسجام آن است که بدین منظور متغیر ساختار قدرت در سه دسته تقارن روابط قدرت، شیوه اعمال قدرت و قلمرو قدرت و متغیرانسجام خانواده در ابعاد شش گانه معاشرتی، عاطفی، توافقی، هنجاری، کارکردی و رسیدن به هدف سنجیده شده است . در این مطالعه بر اساس نمونه گیری طبقه بندی تصادفی 600 نفر از زنان متاهل شهر شیراز در بین مناطق یازده گانه این شهر انتخاب و پس از جمع آوری داده ها، اطلاعات به وسیله نرم افزارspss 22 تحلیل شدکه نتایج نشان داد ساختار توزیع قدرت و تصمیم گیری در خانواده تاثیر معناداری بر انسجام آن دارد. چنانچه گسترش ساختار دموکراتیک و مشارکتی در خانواده سبب افزایش انسجام خانواده در همه ابعاد آن شده است و بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود جامعه در راستای افزایش انسجام خانواده نظم جدید را پذیرفته و ساختار قدرت مشارکتی و دموکرات را در درون خانواده نهادینه کند که در این فرایند حفظ سازگاری با فرهنگ و هویت جامعه ایرانی اهمیت شایانی دارد.

Explain the relationship between family solidarity and family power distribution structure (Case Study of Married Women in Shiraz)

Family solidarity plays an important role in the social development. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of power distribution structure on family solidarity. This study has measured the concept of power distribution structure in three major domains: symmetric relation, area of power, and the way of exercising power. In addition the family solidarity was measured in six aspects: associational, emotional, consensual, functional, achieving the goals and normative aspects. The research findings presented and discussed in this paper are based on a survey which includes 600 married women in Shiraz City. The results of this study have indicated that there is a significantly positive relationship between democratic structure and family solidarity and its subscales. Furthermore, the results emphasize the fact that decisionmaking and power process pattern in a family have a significant effect on family stability. Therefore, it is suggested that family conform to social changes, adopt the new order and institutionalize the structure of democratic and participatory power in the family. In order to leading to this end, it is vitally important to maintain the culture and identity of the Iranian community.
