مطالعه ی تجربه ی ‌زیسته و درک زنان از فعالیت و مشارکت در نهادهای مدنی

در پژوهش حاضر، به قصد راه بُردن به تجربه و درک زنان از مشارکت در نهادهای مدنی، به روش نظریه زمینه‌ای با 20 نمونه زن دارای تجربه فعالیت انجمنی مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساخت یافته به‌عمل آمد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که مشارکت زنان در نهادهای مدنی تابع منابع در دسترس زنان و تجربه‌ی زیسته‌ی فعالیت اجتماعی است و زمینه‌ی مذکور به مثابه شرایط علّی،کمّ و کیف مشارکت زنان را رقم می‌زند. در این میان، بازتعریف و بازسازی خود، تکوین اخلاق مدنی، بسط تعلقات و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی به مثابه زمینه‌ی تسهیل‌گر، و ازجاکندگی اجتماعی و مکان‌زدایی و بسترزدایی از زنانگی و تقویت ساخت فرصت‌های اجتماعی به‌عنوان شرایط مداخله‌گر عمل نموده‌اند. بازسازی معنایی تجربه زنان از کنش مدنی بر سیاست حضور و تقدیس کنش‌ورزی زنانه، کارآمدی، ندای درون، برون‌رفت از ملال زندگی، و بسترزدایی فرهنگی از زنانگی دلالت دارد. بر اساس مطالعه حاضر، مشارکت فعالانه در انجمن‌های مدنی برای مشارکت‌کنندگان ترمیم مناسبات ومعنا بخشی به زندگی،تاب آوری، کسب و تقویت مهارت‌های جمعی و ترمیم سرمایه اجتماعی، آگاهی بخشی، واقع‌نگری، و گذشته نگری انتقادی را در پی داشته است. بر اساس کنش‌های زنان، انجمن‌های مدنی پیامدهای فردی، وسیعی برای زنان در بر داشته است که در ذیل مقوله هسته توانمندساز ساختاربخش متمرکز است.

A Study of the Lived Experience and the Perception of Women from Activity and Participatin in Civic Associations

Civil associations, as the foundations of democratic social order, play a significant role in the deconstruction of social categorization. This research article attempts to assess the experience and discerning of women of participation in civil institutions. This research employs the grounded theory. Methodologically, it is based on semistructured interview with women who have the participation experience in civil institutions. The results of this research showed that the participation of women in civil institutions is contingent on the resources in their disposal and on their lived experiences; which in turn determines the extent of participation. In the meantime, selfredefining and selfrebuilding, development of civil ethics, the expansion of social solidarity and responsibility served as facilitators, whereas social disembeddedness, the decontextualizing and detemporalizing of femininity, and strengthening the creation of social opportunities being interveners. The semantic reconstruction of women’s experience and understanding of social action implies the policy of the presence and sanctification of women's activism, efficiency, inner call, alleviating problems of life, and cultural subjection of femininity. Women’s social actions in civil institutions are associated with a wide range of social, personal, and cultural consequences which falls under the category of empoweringstructured core.
