سیر نزولی عادت‌واره نهادی معلمان (مطالعه موردی معلمان دوره متوسطه دوم شهر مشهد)

پژوهش حاضر سعی در تبیین این مساله را دارد که عادت‌واره نهادی معلمان در مشهد در چه سطحی قرار دارد؟ و در طول زمان تغییرات آن چگونه بوده است؟ یعنی این که معلمان در گذشته از چه عادت‌واره نهادی برخوردار بوده و امروزه از چه عادت‌واره نهادی برخوردار هستند؟ بدین منظور چارچوب مفهومی پژوهش بر اساس نظریات بوردیو تدوین گردید. جهت گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش پیمایش و تحلیل موضوعی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در روش پیمایش عبارت بود از معلمان شهر مشهد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌بندی و فرمول کوکران 360 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در روش تحلیل موضوعی با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و معیار اشباع نظری با 31 نفر از معلمان مصاحبه گردید. نتایج بخش کمی و کیفی تحقیق بیانگر کاهش سطح عادت‌واره نهادی معلمان می‌باشند. به طوری که نتایج بخش کمی بیانگر آن است که سطح عادت‌واره نهادی معلمان پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط قرار دارد و نتایج بخش کیفی نیز نشان دهنده کاهش عادت‌واره نهادی معلمان در سال‌های اخیر است. چنین وضعیتی برای میدان آموزش که یکی از مهم‌ترین کارکردهای میدان اجتماعی را بر عهده دارد، رضایت‌بخش نیست.با توجه به آن که رابطه متقابل بین میدان تولید و مصرف آموزش وجود داردضروری است که این چالش مورد بررسی و اصلاح قرار گیرد.

The Decending trend of teachers Institutional Habitus (Study case of high school teachers in Mashhad city)

The present study trys to explain institutional habitus level of teachers of Mashhad and how it changes during the time. The study is focused on what kind of institutional habitus have in the past and what kind of institutional habitus does they have these days. To reach this goal, conceptual framework of this study was based on the ideas of Pierre Bourdieu. We used the survey and thematic analysis methods to gather and analyze data. The statistical population in survey method consists of teachers of Mashhad city that 360 of them were selected by clustering sampling and cocheran formula. In thematic enalysis, interview was done with 31 participants by means of both purposive sampling and Theoretical saturation. The qantitve results indicate that the level of the institutional habitus is lower than normal lenel. Also the qualitive results indicate that it has reduced recently. So the results showed that the institutional habitus of teachers has been reduced. Such situation isn’t satisfactory for education field that have importan function in social field. In according to there is a mutual relationship between product field and consumption field, it is necessary to study and reform this challenge quickly.
