بررسی نقش منابع اطلاعاتی بر رابطه میان ویژگی های شخصیتی و رفتار معاملاتی سرمایه گذاران حقیقی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

سوال اصلی این پژوهش نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و منابع اطلاعاتی بر رفتار معاملاتی سرمایه گذاران حقیقی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه سرمایه گذاران حقیقی بالای 18 سال هستند که خود به معاملات سهام مبادرت می‌ورزند. تعداد نمونه برگزیده، 384 نفر می‌باشد. جهت تحلیل داده‌های به دست آمده از پرسشنامه، از نرم افزارهای spss و smart pls استفاده شده است. جهت نشان دادن اعتبار یافته‌های مدل تحقیق از شاخص‌های برازش مدل‌های معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل عاملی نشان می‌دهد بین روان رنجوری، برونگرایی و تعداد معاملات رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. از طرف دیگر بین گشودگی، سازگاری و تعداد معاملات رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. استفاده از خدمات مشاوره مالی از متخصصان، رابطه میان تعداد معاملات سرمایه گذاران با ویژگی شخصیتی گشودگی و وظیفه شناسی را به صورت منفی و روان رنجور را به صورت مثبت تعدیل می‌کند. از سوی دیگر ارتباطات کلامی به عنوان منبع اطلاعاتی دیگر، رابطه میان تعداد معاملات سرمایه گذاران با ویژگی شخصیتی سازگاری را به صورت مثبت و سرمایه گذاران روان رنجور را به صورت منفی تعدیل می‌کند.

a study on the role of information sources on the relationship between personality characteristics and the behavior of personal investors in tehran stock exchange

the main question of this research is the role of personality characteristics and information sources on the behavior of personal investors. the statistical population of the study is all real investors over 18 years old who engage in stock trading. the sample size is 384. spss and smart pls softwares were used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. structural equation modeling indices using partial least squares method were used to demonstrate the validity of the findings of the research model. the results of the factor analysis shows positive relationship between neuroticisms, extraversion and number of investor trades and there is a significant positive relationship. on the other hand, there is a significant negative relationship between openness, consistency and number of transactions. the use of financial advisory services by professionals moderates the relationship between the number of investor transactions with openeness personality and conscientiousness negatively and psychologically. on the other hand, word of mouth communication, as another source of information, moderates the relationship between the number of investor trades with the adjustment personality trait positively and the negative investor tempered ones.
