عملکرد سرمایه فکری و نوع ساختار مالکیت

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر نوع ساختار مالکیت شرکت ها در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بر عملکرد سرمایۀ فکری آنها می پردازد. عملکرد سرمایۀ فکری شرکت‌ها به کارایی سرمایه‌گذاری انجام‌شده در منابع مشهود و نامشهود بستگی دارد و مزیت رقابتی شرکت را در بلندمدت تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. این پژوهش آزمون می‌کند که آیا نوع ساختار مالکیت (دولتی و غیردولتی شامل شرکتی و انفرادی) می‌تواند تغییرات عملکرد سرمایۀ فکری را توضیح دهد. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از یک مدل تجربی به نام پولیک به اندازه‌گیری عملکرد سرمایۀ فکری 141 شرکت حاضر در نمونه می‌پردازد که براساس قواعد غربالگری انتخاب شده بودند. داده‌ها شامل تمامی شرکت‌های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در سال‌های 1381 تا 1391 است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون تاثیر نوع ساختار مالکیت بر عملکرد سرمایۀ فکری شرکت‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار ایی ویوز نسخۀ 7 و مدل‌های پنل دیتا نشان‌دهندۀ وجود رابطۀ معنی‌دار بین آنهاست که این رابطۀ معنی‌دار بین مالکیت دولتی و عملکرد سرمایۀ فکری یک رابطۀ معکوس (منفی) است.

Intellectual Capital Performance and Capital Structure

This study has examined the impact of capital structure on intellectual capital (IC) performance in case of companies listed on Tehran stock exchange (TSE). IC performance is related to the efficiency of invested capital on tangible and intangible assets and resources and affect competitive advantage in long term period. This study tests whether the type of ownership (public and private, including corporate and individual) can explain the changes in intellectual capital performance. This study uses an experimental model called Pulic to measure intellectual capital of 141 companies among the samples, which were selected based on screening rules. The data includes all companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange during 2002 2013. The results of performed test on the impact of capital structure on corporate intellectual capital performance using EViews software version 7 and panel data models, indicate that there is a significant relationship between them where the relationship between state ownership and intellectual capital performance is an inverse (negative) one.
