بررسی و نقد گزارش‌های جدا‌شدن و پیوستن افراد به امام حسین(ع) در شب عاشوراواقعه عاشورا، یکی از مهم‌ترین و تاثیرگذارترین وقایع تاریخ اسلام به شمار می‌رود. با وجود کوشش‌های پُرشمار عاشوراپژوهان، ابعاد متعدد این واقعه، ازجمله حوادث و وقایع شب عاشورا، همچنان با ابهام همراه است. موضوع جداشدگان از سپاه امام حسین(ع) در شب عاشورا و نیز پیوستگان افرادی به ایشان در آخرین لحظات پیش از واقعه، محور پژوهش حاضر است که با روش وصفی و تحلیلی بدان پرداخته شده است.یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد گزارش‌های تاریخی مربوط به جدایی برخی یاران امام(ع) در منزل «زباله» بوده است، نه شب عاشورا. بنا بر گزارش‌ها و روایت‌های موثق می‌توان گفت: همراهان آن حضرت، با وجود همه خطرات، در شب واقعه باقی ماندند و در روز عاشورا در رکاب آن حضرت به شهادت رسیدند. همچنین، گزارش‌های تاریخی نشان می‌دهد که به‌رغم اختلاف‌نظرهای موجود، در شب عاشورا افرادی نیز از کوفه یا از لشکرگاه عمر‌بن‌سعد به امام(ع) پیوستند و در رکاب ایشان به شهادت رسیدند.

the tragedic event of ashura is considered as one of the most important and influential events in the islamic history. despite the numerous efforts of ashura scholars, many aspects of this event, including the incidents of the night of ashura, are still shrouded in ambiguity. the issue of those who left the army of imam hossein (pbuh) on the night of ashura, as well as those who joined them in the last moments, is the focus of the present study. the findings of the study clarify that the separatiin of imam's companions was in zobalah's house not on the night of ashura. according to the reliable reports and narrations, it can be concluded that the companions of imam, despite all the dangers, remained before imam and were martyred on the day of event. moreover, the historical reports illustrate that despite the existing difference of opinions on the night of ashura, people from kufa or from the army of umar ibn sa'd also joined imam and were martyred.
