تحلیل ویژگی‌های موثر بر بهبود عملکرد سازمان دعوت فاطمیان (297567ق)

سازمان دعوت به عنوان بزرگ‌ترین دستگاه تبلیغاتی خلافت فاطمیان (297567ق)، وظیفه خطیر گسترش و تبلیغ آموزه‌های اسماعیلی و فراهم آوردن زمینه‌های تسلط فاطمیان به عنوان تنها خلافت مشروع بر سرزمین‌های اسلامی را بر عهده داشت. این سازمان، فاطمیان را در مصاف با خلافت عباسی و جهان اهل سنت قرار می‌داد. این نوشتار با روش وصفی تحلیلی به تبیین ویژگی‌هایی از سازمان دعوت فاطمی می‌پردازد که در بهبود عملکرد این سازمان موثر بودند. نتایج این بررسی حاکی از آن است که سازمان دعوت فاطمی با برخورداری از ویژگی‌هایی مانند نظم و انضباط سازمانی، نظارت و کنترل سازمانی، تمرکز سازمانی، تقسیم کار و هماهنگی بین وظایف اعضای سازمان، فعالیت مستمر و فراگیر، پنهان‌کاری تشکیلاتی و پیروی از زنجیره فرمان توانسته بود در پیشبرد اهداف سیاسی و مذهبی خلافت فاطمی به ویژه در خارج از مرزهای آن عملکرد بهتری داشته باشد.

analysis of the effective features on improving the performance of the fatimid’s da’wat organization (567-297 a. h)

da’wat organization, as the biggest propaganda means of fatimid caliphate (567-297 a. h), was responsible for the important task of spreading and propagating ismaili teachings and providing the grounds for fatimid domination as the only legitimate caliphate in islamic lands. this organization made the fatimids against the abbasid caliphate and the sunni world. this article, using a descriptive-analytical method, explains the features of the fatimi da’wat organization that were effective in improving the performance of this organization. the results of this study indicate that the fatemi da’wa organization with features such as organizational discipline, organizational supervision and control, organizational focus, division of work and coordination between the tasks of the organization’s members, continuous and comprehensive activity, organizational concealment and following the chain of command was able to perform better in advancing the political and religious goals of the fatimid caliphate, especially outside its borders.
