چرایی لغزش مالی کارگزاران امیرالمومنین علی(ع) و چگونگی مواجهه امام با آن

لغزش مالی کارگزاران یکی از چالش‌های همیشگی حکومت‌ها است. این موضوع در راستای تحقق عدالت اقتصادی مورد توجه آموزه های اسلامی قرار دارد. با توجه به جایگاه ویژه امیرالمومنین حضرت علی(ع) در نظام اندیشه‌ اسلامی، واکاوی گفتار و رفتار ایشان در این زمینه دارای اهمیت بسیار است. در مقاله حاضر برای دست یافتن به این هدف، ابتدا با استقراء داده ها به وصف گونه های لغزش مالی و چرایی روی‌دادن آن‌ها پرداخته می‌شود و سپس با رویکردی وصفی تحلیلی، چگونگی مواجهه امام علی(ع) با گونه‌های مختلف لغزش مالی کارگزاران حکومتی به تصویر کشیده می‌شود.یافته های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بیشتر لغزش های مالی کارگزاران عصر حکومت امیرالمومنین حضرت علی(ع)در مسامحه و چشم‌پوشی حاکمان قبلی، ریشه داشته است و سیره امیرالمومنین حضرت علی(ع)در مواجهه با آن‌ها، عدم اغماض با هدف هدایت گری بوده است. بدین معنا که امام(ع)در راستای وظایف صیانت از اموال مسلمانان و هدایت‌گری مردمان، ضمن نادیده نگرفتن لغزش‌ها و برخورد تنبیهی مناسب با آن، آگاهی‌بخشی دینی و بازنهادن مسیر اصلاح را دنبال می‌کردند.

The Reasons of Financial Corruptio of the Agents of Amir alMomenin and the Way Imam Dealt with them

The financial Corruptio of agents has been one of the permanent challenges in all governments. This issue in line with the fulfillment of economic justice is constantly considered by the Islamic instructions. In regard with the specific position of Amir al Momenin (PBUH), the study of his discourse and conduct in this regard is of great significance. To achieve this purpose, the article has described the verities of financial Corruptios, the why of their occurrence and the how of dealing with them by Imam Ali (PBUH) through the descriptiveanalytical approach. The findings of this research state that most of the financial Corruptios in time of Imam Ali (PBUH) originated from the negligence of previous governors and the reflection of Imam has been guidance and no tolerance toward them. Accordingly, the protection of Muslims’ properties along with the guidance of people, the provision of religious awareness as well as the ground of reformation without ignoring the failures in addition to the appropriate dealing with them have been followed in the conduct of that holiness
