بازشناسی تاریخ آغاز پرداخت و دریافت خُمس؛ بررسی انتقادی دیدگاه بازتاب یافته در کتاب «مکتب در فرایند تکامل»

پرداخت خمس غنایم جنگی و دیگر درآمدها از واجباتی است که در قرآن مجید به آن تصریح شده است. بیشتر علمای شیعه بر این باور هستند که مطالبه و دریافت خمس از سوی اهل بیت(ع) و پرداخت آن از سوی شیعیان از صدر اسلام آغاز شده بود، اما نویسنده کتاب «مکتب در فرآیند تکامل» بر این باور است که این امر به عنوان یک واجب شرعی و به صورت نظام‌مند از اواخر دوران امامت امام جواد(ع) آغاز شده است.مقاله حاضر، دیدگاه بازتاب یافته در این کتاب را با رهیافت تاریخی حدیثی و با روش تحلیلی اجتهادی نقد و بررسی می‌کند. هم‌چنین می‌کوشد، اثبات نماید که مطالبه خمس از سوی اهل بیت(ع) و پرداخت آن به وسیله شیعیان از زمان امیرالمومنین حضرت علی(ع) وجود داشته است و در برخی از دوران‌ها به دلایلی مانند مشکلات امنیتی و معاف شدن شیعیان از پرداخت خمس، اشاره‌ای به آن در متون تاریخی نشده است.

ReIdentifying the History of Paying and Receiving Fifth of Money, Critical Study of Reflected View in Maktab Book, the Process of Evolution

Paying the fifth of war spoils and the other incomes are considered as the essential and it has been explicitly considered in Holy Quran. The majority of Shiite scholars believe that asking and receiving the fifth by the prophet’s family and its paying by the Shiites had initiated from the early Islam. However, the author of the Maktab book in the theory of evolution believes that this issue has systematically initiated from the end of imamate of Imam Javad as a religious necessity. The present article investigates the reflected view in this book by the historical hadith strategy as well as the analytical reasoning method. Moreover, it endeavors to prove that demanding the fifth by the prophet’s family and its paying by the Shiites has been done since the lifetime of Imam Ali (PBUH) and sometimes, it has not been pointed to due to some security problems and exempting the Shiite from paying the fifth.
