جریان تاریخ‌نگاران امامیِ بصره از آغاز تا اواسط سده چهارم هجری

آگاهی از قلمرو جغرافیایی مورخان شیعه دوازده امامی و موضوعات مورد اهتمام آنها، می تواند سودمندی‌های فراوانی برای تحلیل تاریخ امامیه داشته باشد. در پژوهش پیشِ رو، با رویکردی وصفی و تحلیلی، فعالیت‌های تاریخ‌نگاری اصحاب امامیه از آغاز تا اواسط سده چهارم هجری در بصره مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته های پژوهش، حکایت از آن دارد که امامیان بصره برای دفاع از اندیشه‌های کلامی خویش، به مباحث تاریخی و تاریخ‌نگاری روی آوردند و همانند دیگر گروه‌های فکری سده‌های نخستین اسلامی، به بازخوانی رویدادهای تاریخی، به‌ویژه تاریخ صدر اسلام و تدوین آثاری در این زمینه پرداختند

The Movement of Basra Imami Historians (From the Beginning to the Fourth HIjri Century)

The Basra School of Historiography has long been important and played part in registration of the historical events, accordingly the present paper deals with the Imami followers’ historiographical activities as the knowledge provided through Imami historians’ contributions within Basra School of Historiography helps us analyse the Imams’ history. Using the analyticalhistorical method, and based on the hypothesis that “the Imami had focused on the historical and historiographical debates in order to defend their theological (Kalam) ideology and the same as other intellectual groups, they were actively involved in registering/writing the historical events and then revised their works”, the present research attempts to measure the share and role of the Imami, as an important intellectual and political movement in the development of the Basra Historiography
