بررسی رابطه‌ی وسواس فکری‌عملی با سبک‌های دلبستگی زوج‌ها: نقش میانجی سبک‌های حل تعارض

مقدمه: اختلال وسواس فکری‌عملی اختلالی شایع و مزمن است که پیامدهای منفی زیادی به‌دنبال دارد؛ مهم‌ترین و بزرگ‌ترین پیامد آن، تنهایی و انزوای شخص است که بر نحوه‌ی دلبستگی و شیوه‌های حل تعارض فرد تاثیرگذار است. پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای سبک‌های حل تعارض در رابطه‌ی بین وسواس فکری‌عملی با سبک‌های دلبستگی زوج‌ها انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر باتوجه‌به هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه‌ی گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه‌ی زوج‌های شهر کرمان در سال 1401 که حداکثر ده سال از مدت ازدواج آن‌ها گذشته باشد، تشکیل داده‌اند. نمونه‌ی مدنظر مشتمل‌بر 240 نفر است که به شیوه‌ی دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های این پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه‌ی سبک‌های دلبستگی کولینز و رید، پرسش‌نامه‌ی وسواس فکری‌عملی مادزلی و پرسش‌نامه‌ی سبک‌های حل تعارض زوج‌ها رحیم، استفاده شد. برای تجریه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار spss  نسخه 21 و lisrel نسخه 8/80 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که وسواس فکری‌عملی به‌طور غیرمستقیم (0/05≥p) بر سبک‌های دلبستگی به‌صورت منفی تاثیرگذار است. سبک‌های دلبستگی از طریق سبک‌های حل تعارض، قادر به پیش‌بینی وسواس فکری‌عملی بود.نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه‌به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، سبک‌های دلبستگی از طریق سبک‌های حل تعارض قادر به پیش‌بینی وسواس فکری‌عملی بود.

investigating the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder and couple’s attachment styles: the mediating role of conflict resolution styles

introduction: obsessive-compulsive disorder is a common and chronic disorder with many negative consequences. the most important consequence is the loneliness and isolation of the person; it affects the person’s attachment and conflict resolution methods. the present study investigated the mediating role of conflict resolution styles in the relationship between obsessive-compulsive disorder and couples’ attachment styles.methods: this research had a correlational descriptive design considering the practical purpose and the data collection method. the statistical population consisted of all young couples in kerman city in 2022, who had been married for a maximum of ten years. the target sample consisted of 240 people who were selected using purposive sampling. the collins and read revised adult attachment scale, maudsley obsessive compulsive inventory, and rahim’s conflict resolution styles questionnaire were used to collect the data. descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling methods were used to analyze the data in spss version 21 and lisrel software version 8/80. results: the results of the analysis showed that obsessive-compulsive disorder indirectly and negatively (p≤0.05) affected attachment styles.conclusion: attachment styles could predict obsessive-compulsive disorder through conflict resolution styles.
