بررسی تاثیر ویژگیهای سیستم اطلاعاتی پرستاری بر رضایت از سیستم اطلاعاتی و عملکرد شغلی پرستاران

مقدمه : استفاده پرستاران از فناوری اطلاعات می تواند به کاهش خطا و افزایش بهره وری در ارائه مراقبت از بیمار کمک کند که این امر مزایای مهمی برای فرد و سازمان می باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط ویژگیهای سیستم های اطلاعاتی پرستاری با رضایت از سیستم های اطلاعاتی و عملکرد شغلی پرستاران بود.روش ها: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف ، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی – پیمایشی است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده که 349 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در  مراکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران به آن پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار پی ال اس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: یافته ها حاکی از آن است که سودمندی (0.18=β) ،  سهولت استفاده (0.12=β)، اعتماد دریافتی (0.08=β) ، کیفیت سیستم اطلاعاتی (0.19=β)  ، کیفیت خدمات (0.15=β) و  کیفیت امنیت اطلاعات (0.41=β) با رضایت پرستاران رابطه مستقیم و معناداری داشتند اما کیفیت اطلاعات با رضایت پرستاران رابطه معناداری نداشت (0.05

examining the effect of the features of nursing information system on the satisfaction with nurses’ information system and job performance

introduction: nurses’ use of it can help reduce errors and increase productivity in providing patient care.  this has some important benefits for both the individual and the organization. the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of the nursing information system with satisfaction with the information systems and the job performance of nurses.method: the present study is a practical, descriptivesurvey one in terms of its objective and data collection, respectively. the data collection instrument was a standard questionnaire to which 349 working nurses at health centers of tehran university of medical sciences responded.  data were analyzed using structural equation test and pls software.results: the results suggest that there is a significant correlation between the perceived usefulness of information system (β=0.18), perceived ease of use (β=0.12), perceived trust (β=0.08), information system quality (β=0.19), service quality (β=0.15), information security quality (β=0.41) and nurses’ satisfaction; however, the information quality did not have a significant relationship with nurses’ satisfaction (p≥ 0.05). the nurses’ satisfaction with the information system had a direct and significant relationship with their performance (β=0.14).conclusion: the results showed that the nurses’ perception of nis performability (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust) as well as the technological capability of nis achieving success (system quality, service quality, information security quality) affects their satisfaction in using the information system. also, nurses’ satisfaction in using the information system can also affect their job performance.
