ارتباط عوامل بافتاری و نیازهای معنوی با بهزیستی معنوی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان

سابقه و هدف: مواجهه با سرطان موجب ایجاد بحران در ابعاد جسمی، روانی و معنوی می شود. بهزیستی معنوی ابعاد مختلف زندگی انسان را هماهنگ می کند و جهت سازگاری با بیماری لازم است. پژوهش حاضرباهدف بررسی ارتباط بین عوامل بافتاری و نیازهای مذهبی با بهزیستی معنوی در بیماران سرطانی انجام شد.مواد وروش‌ها: روش این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این کلیه بیماران سرطانی شهرستان ساری بودند که 141 نفر (77 زن، 64 مرد) از بیماران سرطانی شهرستان ساری که به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب گردیده شدند بود.جهت ارزیابی از ابزار بهزیستی معنوی پیترمن، مقیاس نیازهای مذهبی بسینگ و مقیاس عوامل بافتاری ماریان استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. .نتایج بررسی‌های آماری نشان داد که نیاز مذهبی، نیاز وجودی و نیاز به بخشش (0/001>p ) به صورت مثبت و معنی‌دار بیشترین سهم ( 41 / 0 = r2 ) را در پیش‌بینی بهزیستی معنوی داشت. هم‌چنین نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد رفتاری، سیاست، دولت، بهداشت، پزشکی و اشتغال (0/001>p ) به صورت معنی‌دار بیشترین سهم (51/ 0=r2) را در پیش‌بینی بهزیستی معنوی داشتنتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه می‌توان گفت که مولفه‌های نیازهای معنوی و عوامل بافتاری به عنوان دو سازه روان‌شناختی می‌توانند در بهزیستی معنوی بیماران نقش داشته باشند.

The Relationship between Contextual Factors and Spiritual Needs with Spiritual Wellbeing in Patients with Cancer Diseases

Aim and Background: Exposure to cancer causes physical, psychological, and spiritual crisis. Spiritual health coordinates different aspects of human life to one another, and it is the vital aspect of human life for the adaptation to the disease. This study aimed at investigating the relationship between spiritual needs and contextual factors regarding spiritual wellbeing in cancer patients. Methodsand Materials: This is a descriptive correlational study. The participants were 141 patients with cancer diseases (female 76, male 65) from Sari city selected through convenience sampling. The data were collected using the spiritual well being scale, spiritual needs scale, and contextual dimension scale. Results: For data analysis, stepwise regression analysis was used. Results of statistical analyses showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between scores on the components of spiritual needs and spiritual well being. Therefore, the subscales of the spiritual needs, such as religious needs (P<0.001), existentialistic needs” (P<0.001), needs for inner peace”(P<0.001), and actively giving needs” (P<0.001) had positive correlation with spiritual wellbeing. Furthermore, among all components of spiritual needs, religious needs, existentialistic needs, and actively giving needs had a stronger predictive power in family flexibility. There were also significant correlations between “behavioral (P<0.001), political(P<0.001), “governmental (P<0.001), public health(P<0.001), “medical (P<0.001), and employment(P<0.001) dimensions of and spiritual well being, and all these factors had the highest degree of variance in spiritual well being. Conclusion: It is concluded that religious needs and contextual dimension, as two psychological constructs, can play a significant role in creating spiritual wellbeing.
