بررسی میزان اثربخشی سیستم اطلاعات جامع مدیریتی در ساماندهی مراکز رشد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز

مقدمه: امروزه سازمانها جهت انجام صحیح وظایف محوله خود به اطلاعات درست و دقیق و به موقع نیاز را احساس می کنند. سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت(mis) که نوعی از سیستم های اطلاعاتی (is) محسوب می شوند بر کارایی سازمانها اثر شگرفی دارد. جهت ایجاد و توسعه mis از مدل های مختلفی استفاده می شود. مواد و روش ها: در طی سالهای 97-96 یک سامانه جامع مدیریتی جمع آوری اطلاعات مناسب جهت مراکز رشد و شرکتهای مستقر در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با بهره گیری از مدل مبتنی بر روشهای نوین تحقیق در مدیریت تهیه گردید. این سامانه در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بصورت نصب یکباره از نظر فیزیکی مستقر و در 6 مرکز رشد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز مورد بهره گیری قرارگرفت. کارایی سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات مراکز رشد پس از اجرا با استفاده از روشهای توصیفی با تهیه و تکمیل پرسشنامه های لازم بر اساس طیف پنج گزینه ای لیکرت و استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری spss و excel مورد مطالعه و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در مورد شاخص های مربوط به مرحله طراحی، نصب و پیاده سازی و افزایش سرعت پاسخگویی کاربران، کاهش تکرر ورود اطلاعات، رضایت ذهنی کاربر و تجربه تعامل با سیستم، کاهش لود کاری، صحت و دقت اطلاعات و افزایش روابط بین مراکز رشد و شرکتها بهبودی دیده می شود.مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که پیاده سازی صحیح سیستم اطلاعات مدیریتی می تواند در بهبود عملکرد پرسنل وتصمیم گیری های مدیران و بهره وری مراکز رشد در توسعه و حمایت از شرکتهای دانش بنیان موثر باشد با بازنگری و ارتقاء گزارش گیری داشبرد مدیریتی کارایی سیستم مذکور را می توان مطابق با نیازهای کشوری در هر زمان بهبود بخشید و در نتیجه، در زمان صرفه جویی خواهد شد.

The Efficiency of a Comprehensive Management Information System in Organizing the Growth Centers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Today, organizations feel that they need accurate, relevant, and timely information in order to properly fulfill their assigned tasks. The Management Information System (MIS), a type of Information System (IS), has a significant impact on organizations’ performance. This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a comprehensive management information system in organizing incubator centers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive management system was developed in 201718 to collect information for technology incubator centers and companies based in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences using a model based on modern research methods in management. This system was then physically installed at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and was used in six technology incubator centers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. The efficiency of the information management system of the technology incubator centers was studied and analyzed using descriptive methods through questionnaires designed based on Likert’s fivepoint scale; SPSS and EXCEL software applications were also used. Findings: The result of this research showed the participants’ satisfaction with the indicators related to the design, installation and implementation phases, and also the increased speed of users’ responsiveness, the reduced times of data entry, user satisfaction, experience of interaction with the system, reduced workload, accuracy and precision of information, and increased relationship between incubator centers and companies. Conclusion: The present study concluded that proper implementation of management information system can be effective in improving personnel performance, managers’ decisions, and productivity of growth centers in developing and supporting knowledgebased companies. By reviewing and upgrading the management dashboard, the performance of the system can be improved to meet national needs at any time and as a result, it will save time.
