بدون شک، آنچه ریاضیات را به‌ عنوان ملکه علوم بشری معرفی می‌نماید و از تمامی علوم متمایز می‌کند، وجود جوهر آزادی در معنا و مفهوم آن است. به بیان دیگر، نقش ریاضیات در جهان هستی، اکتشاف ابزارها و ویژگی‌هایی از رموز جهان طبیعت است که از دو جهت حائز اهمیت است: 1. تمام نظریه‌های علمی را تا‌‌ٔیید و تفسیر می‌نماید. 2. دیدگاهی ژرف، عمیق و پایه‌ای به تمامی مسائل دارد. در این مقاله سعی می‌نماییم از زاویه‌ای دیگر به کاربردهای بی‌بدیل ریاضیات بپردازیم. اینکه چگونه ریاضیات در لحظه‌به‌لحظه زندگی ما تأثیری شگرف دارد و ما را به سمت و سوی معنای واقعی زندگی سوق می‌دهد. در واقع، سعی می‌کنیم کاربردهایی از نقش بی‌بدیل ریاضیات را در توانایی‌های فکری، تحلیلی و مهارتی با تکیه بر مطالب ریاضی عمومی یک، که در بیشتر رشته‌های علمی، یک درس پایه‌ای محسوب می‌گردد، بیان و تفسیر نماییم.
