تحلیل گفتمان سند اولیه الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت

سند اولیه الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت به عنوان سند توسعه و پیشرفت ایران در دهه‌های آینده با الهام از مبانی نظری سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، علمی و اسلامی در صدد تحقق اهداف پبشرفت و توسعه است. از آنجایی که موفقیت هر ایده و برنامه‌ای به سازگاری گفتمان حاکم بر آن با گفتمان‌ها و ارزش‌های حاکم بر جامعه بستگی دارد، تحلیل گفتمان این سند به عنوان یکی از روش‌های کیفی، کمک می‌کند با عبور از متن به فرامتن، بتوان گفتمان مسلط در این سند را بررسی و تحلیل و میزان انطباق آن با نیازها و خواسته‌های جامعه را مشخص نمود. بنابراین این سوال‌ها مطرح می‌شود که آیا در این سند به تمام مولفه هایی اسلامیت قابل طرح و دال‌های تشکیل دهنده گفتمان اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت پرداخته شده است؟ و در این سند به چه میزان به تمام ارزش‌ها، سنت‌ها، فرهنگ‌ها، هنجارها، ساختارها، سلایق و خواسته‌های آحاد مردم توجه شده است؟ در مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل گفتمان لاکلا و موف، گفتمان این سند تحلیل می‌شود و با مشخص کردن دال مرکزی گفتمان سند و تعریف دال‌های پیرامونی مرتبط، ارتباط عمیق دینی سند با مبانی اسلامی در قالب گفتمان اسلامی مشخص و تبیین می‌گردد.

The Discourse Analysis of the Initial Document of the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress

The Initial Document of the IslamicIranian Model of Progress as the document of Iran’s development and progress in the next decades has been inspired by the political, social, economic, cultural, scientific and Islamic theoretical principles in order to achieve the goals of development and progress. Since the success of any idea and program depends on the consistency of its ruling discourse with the dominant discourses and values of the society, the discourse analysis of this document as one of the qualitative methods helps transcending from text to metatext and enable researchers to analyze and examine the dominant discourse of this document and determine its adaptation to the needs and desires of the community. Therefore, these questions arise that whether this document addresses all the applicable components of Islamism and the forming signifiers of the IslamicIranian progress discourse? And to some extend this document considers all values, traditions, cultures, norms, structures, tastes and desires of all people? This paper analyses the discourse of this document by using Lacla and Mouff’s discourse analysis method and determines and explains the profound religious relation of the document with the Islamic foundations by identifying the central signifier of the discourse of the document and defining the relevant peripheral signifiers in the form of Islamic discourse.
