نقش دانش و مسئولیت‌پذیری شهروندان در سبک زندگی توسعه محور (مطالعه موردی 5 منطقه منتخب شهر تهران)

ﻣﻮﺿﻮع اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﻧﻘﺶ داﻧﺶ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان در ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪﻣﺤﻮر اﺳﺖ. اﻣﺮوزه داﻧﺶ و آﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎی ﺗﺴﻠﻂ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﻓﮑﺎر ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. داﻧﺶ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪی در ﻫﻤﻪ ﺟﻬﺎت، ﯾﮑﯽ از داﻧﺶ ﻫﺎ ودرﻋﯿﻦ ﺣﺎل ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ داﻧﺶ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ آن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺳﻄﺢ داﻧﺶ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪی و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داد؛ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ای ﮐﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ وﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮ ﺷﻮد. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ داﻧﺶ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪی و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی در ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر و اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎر ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ آن اﺳﺖ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی، ازﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺳﺆال اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ داﻧﺶ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﭼﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮی در ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی و اﯾﺠﺎد ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر دارد و ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان آن را ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ؟ در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﻪ ﺳﺆال ﻓﺮﻋﯽ و ﺳﻪ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ آن ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و ﺑﺪان ﭘﺎﺳﺦ داده اﺳﺖ.ﺑﺮای اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی دﻗﯿﻖ و راﻫﮕﺸﺎ از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺗﻬﺮاﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه و داده ﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻤﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﮐﺜﺮﯾﺖ ﻗﺎﻃﻊ ﭘﺎﺳﺦدﻫﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﺮ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ داﻧﺶ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮی ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان در ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ دارﻧﺪ.

The role of citizens’ knowledge and responsibility in a development-oriented lifestyle(Case study of 5 selected areas of Tehran)

The concept of citizenship is one of the oldest political, social, legal and urban concepts that thinkers have paid attention to in various fields, from ancient Greece to the present day. Acquiring citizen skills, or in other words, becoming an effective and efficient citizen, requires awareness of the rights, duties and responsibilities of citizenship. Citizenship awareness in various aspects is another important factor for the continuation of collective life in the modern highrisk world. Citizenship awareness makes a person aware of his duties and responsibilities. On the one hand, this knowledge is a factor for citizens to perform their duties and responsibilities well, and on the other hand, it causes them to achieve a lifestyle that addresses their scarcity and needs in order to achieve development. Considering the importance of lifestyle in creating pivotal development on the one hand and the importance of citizens ’awareness and responsibility in important realization on the other hand, in this study, first, the extent and factors affecting citizens’ awareness of responsibility in the selected region of Tehran Then, the relationship between responsibility and developmentoriented lifestyle is analyzed. The research method was descriptiveanalytical, data collection was performed using a questionnaire and the data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed in SPSS software using chi uare chi, crosstabs, testt and Spearman man tests. .
