فرهنگ یاوری و تعاون‌ سنتی‌ زنان‌ در گیلان‌

تعاونبه عنوان یک مفهوم و پدیده اجتماعی، همیاری و همکاری متقابل انسان ها در یک کار مشترک با یک هدف مشخص است. تعاون‌ و همکاری‌ متقابل‌ انسان‌ها از بدو حیات‌ بشر در همة‌ دوران‌های‌ زندگی‌ در تمام‌ جوامع‌ وجود داشته ‌است‌. فرهنگ‌ تعاون‌ در میان‌ زنان‌ گیلان‌، ریشه‌دارترین‌ فرهنگ‌ اصیل‌ بومی‌ می‌باشد، یاوری‌ نه‌ تنها در تولید و کار، بلکه‌ جنبه‌های‌ مختلف‌ زندگی‌ روستاییان‌ را در برمی‌گیرد و روی‌ تمام‌ مناسبات‌ اثر می‌گذارد و همگرایی‌ و مشارکت‌ زنان‌ درعرصه‌ اجتماعی‌ را فراهم‌ می‌سازد و نقش‌ زنان‌ را پررنگ‌تر جلوه‌ می‌دهد. هدف‌ از ارائه‌ی‌ این‌ مقاله‌، توجه‌ به‌ یکی‌ از مناسبات‌ دیرپا و سنتی‌ در گیلان‌ است‌ که‌ زمینه‌ی‌ پیدایش‌ نوعی‌ از فرهنگ‌ و ادبیات‌ را فراهم‌ آورده‌ و روی‌ تمام‌ مبانی‌ زندگی‌ در آمیختگی‌ پیدا کرده‌ و اثر گذاشته‌ است. این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیلی است که در آن تلاش شده است تا با رویکرد مردم‌شناختی ضمن توجه به تجربه زیسته مردم گیلان ابعادی از فرهنگ همیاری و تعاون سنتی در میان زنان گیلان مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که اشکال‌ یاوری‌ در میان‌ زنان‌ گیلان‌ بسیار متنوع‌ و گوناگون‌ است‌ و نه‌ تنها در شالی‌کاری‌ که‌ عمده‌ترین‌ محصول‌ کشاورزی است‌، بلکه‌ در باغداری‌ (کشت‌ چای‌ و توتون‌ و حبوبات‌) دامداری‌ و صنایع‌ دستی ، نوغان‌داری ،باغداری، آیین‌ها و نمایش‌های‌ گروهی‌ جریان‌ داشته است.
