ارتباط حرفه ای بین پزشک و پرستار از دیدگاه هر دو گروه

زمینه: ارتباط پزشک و پرستار شامل تعامل متقابل بین آنها برای دستیابی به یک هدف مشترک درمانی یعنی ارتقای وضعیت بیمار است. ایجاد ارتباط صحیح به عنوان مهمترین ویژگی لازم برای افراد شاغل در مراقبت های بهداشتی اولیه توصیف شده است. با توجه به ضرورت وجود ارتباط و همکاری میان پزشکان و پرستاران در جهت ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار، این مطالعه برای تعیین وضعیت ارتباط حرفه ای بین پزشکان و پرستاران از دیدگاه هر دو گروه انجام گردید . روش کار: تحقیق حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شد . نمونه پژوهش 110 نفر از پزشکان و پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی درمانی شهرستان اردبیل بودند که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار بررسی، پرسشنامه بود که برای پزشکان با 22 سوال و برای پرستاران با 25 سوال به صورت مجزا تهیه شد. داده های جمع آوری شده وارد نرم افزار v.17 spss شد و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی، تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها انجام گردید.یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که 4/57 درصد پرستاران ارتباط خود را با پزشکان خوب و 6/42 درصد این ارتباط را متوسط گزارش کردند. درحالی که 80 درصد پزشکان ارتباط خود را با پرستاران خوب و20 درصد آن را متوسط گزارش نمودند. حدود 5/74 درصد پزشکان بر این باورند که ارتباط خوب با پرستاران می تواند بر ارتقای وضعیت بیماران تاثیر بگذارد، اما از دیدگاه پرستاران مهمترین عامل ایجاد اختلال در ارتباط حرفه ای بین پزشکان و پرستاران عدم نظرخواهی پزشکان در انجام اقدامات درمانی می باشد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه ما نشان داد که حدود نیمی از پرستاران ارتباط حرفه ای بین پزشکان و پرستاران را خوب ارزیابی نکردند در حالی که حفظ ارتباط خوب پرستار و پزشک می تواند در بهبود کیفیت مراقبت کمک کننده باشد، لذا آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی مناسب در سیستم های آموزشی می تواند در جهت ارتقای ارتباط حرفه ای پزشکان و پرستاران موثر باشد.

The Professional Relationship between the Nurses and Physicians from their Own Point of View

ABSTRACTBackground: Relationship between physicians and nurses is for achieving a common goal, i.e., improving the health status of the patient. Creating a correct relationship is an important characteristic for practitioners rsquo; in primary health care. Considering the importance of the communication and collaboration among physicians and nurses in order to promote the quality of patients care, this study was done to determine the condition of the professional relation between physicians and nurses from their own point of view.Methods: In this descriptiveanalytic study, using simple random sampling method, 110 physicians and nurses in teaching hospitals of Ardabil were selected. A questionnaire in cluding 22 question for the physicians and 25 questions for the nurses was used to data collection. Data was analyzed with descriptive and analytical tests, by SPSS v.17 software.Results: The findings showed that 57/4 percent of nurses reported good communication and 42/6 percent moderate communication with physicians while 80% of physicians reported good interaction and just 20% of them declared it in a moderate level. 74.5 percent of the physicians believed that good communication can affect the patients improvement, while in nurses rsquo;opinion of view the most important disrupting factor in nursephysician relation was the disregarding nurses rsquo; clinical skills.Conclusion: Results evaluoted that in approximately half of nurses, nursephysician relations was not evaluoted good. While, keeping good relationship between them could be helpful in improving of�care�quality.�So, educational systems can be effective in enhancing nursephysicians rsquo; professional relationship by educating proper communicational skills.Keywords: Professional Relationship, Physician, Nurse
