عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان اتاق عمل

زمینه و هدف: آموزش بالینی در شکل دهی مهارت های اساسی و توانمندی های حرفه ای دانشجویان اتاق عمل نقش اساسی دارد. بنابراین شناخت وضعیت فعلی آن می تواند بستری برای ارتقاء وضعیت عملکرد آنها در آینده فراهم سازد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1393 انجام شد.روش کار: این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بود و با نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری و بر روی 96 نفر از دانشجویان اتاق عمل ورودی 1389، 1390 و 1391 دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی اردبیل که حاضر به شرکت در تحقیق شدند انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته بود که شامل دو قسمت اطلاعات دموگرافیک و دیدگاه دانشجویان درباره آموزش بالینی بود. داده های گردآوری شده به وسیله spss16 و روش های آماری توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: در مطالعه حاضر اکثریت شرکت کنندگان یعنی 64 نفر (7/66%) مونث بودند. از دیدگاه 4/60 درصد (58 نفر) دانشجویان عدم اعتماد مربیان بالینی به دانشجویان، 7/42 درصد (41 نفر) نا آشنا بودن همکاران بیمارستان با اخلاق حرفه ای و 6/39 درصد (38 نفر) عدم نگرش مثبت به رشته دارای بیشترین اهمیت از میان عوامل تاثیرگذار در کیفیت آموزش بالینی بود.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه چنین به نظر می رسد که با تقویت و اجرای دقیق و منظم برنامه های موجود، بهبود جو و فضای آموزشی و آشنا نمودن مربیان و پرسنل با شرح وظایف خود در قبال دانشجویان می توان کیفیت آموزش بالینی را ارتقا داد.

Factors Affecting on Quality of Clinical Education from Perspectives of Operating Room Students

Background objectives: Clinical education plays a fundamental role in forming basic skills and professional competencies for operating room students. Understanding students rsquo; perspectives on clinical training can help us to improve the quality of their clinical performance in the future. This study was conducted to assess the present status of clinical education from perspectives of operating room students in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.Methods:A descriptive and crosssectional design was used to carry out the study in 2014. Using consensus sampling method, 96 operating room students from the school of nursing and midwifery were involved in the study. Data gathering tool consisted of demographic data form and a researcher made questionnaire for assessing the viewpoints of students about clinical education. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in SPSS v.16.Results: Most of the students were female (66.7%) and most of them believed the main factors influencing the quality of clinical training were ldquo;teachers did not trust on their students in clinical practices rdquo; (60.4%), ldquo;hospital personnel were not familiar with professional ethics rdquo; (42.7%) and ldquo;negative attitude of students towards their profession rdquo; (39.6%).Conclusion: According to the findings, accurate and concise implementation of the curriculum, providing appropriate educational atmosphere and giving awareness to instructors and hospital personnel about their responsibility regarding students and their duties may improve the quality of clinical education.
