ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی کودکان به روش ممیزی در بخش‬های کودکان

زمینه و هدف: برنامه ریزی جهت ارائه خدمات سلامت، معمولاً با میزانی از خطر همراه است. از آنجا که دستیابی به یک ایمنی فراگیر مستلزم برآوردی مقدماتی از وضعیت کنونی است، لذا پژوهش حاضر با ارزیابی وضعیت اصول ایمنی کودکان بستری در بخش های کودکان بیمارستان منتخب آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال 93-1392 انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی و توصیفی بود که در بخشهای داخلی و جراحی کودکان بیمارستان مفید در سال 93-1392 انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مشاهده و چک لیست های محقق ساخته ایمنی کودک از نظر تجهیزات بخش، محیط فیزیکی و مراقبت های پرستاری جمع آوری گردید. بر اساس نمرات کسب شده وضعیت ایمنی در سه دسته شامل وضعیت مطلوب، نسبتاً مطلوب و نامطلوب تقسیم بندی شد. نتایج با استفاده از spss19 و روش های آماری توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: میزان اجرای ایمنی کودک در رابطه با تجهیزات موجود در بخش 6/77 درصد (مطلوب)، محیط فیزیکی 6/45 درصد (نسبتاً مطلوب) و در رابطه با مراقبتهای پرستاری 5/66 درصد (مطلوب) بود.نتیجه گیری: وضعیت ایمنی بیمارستان مورد بررسی به ویژه در حیطه محیط فیزیکی در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب قرار دارد که ممکن است باعث خطراتی برای کودکان شود. بنابراین برای کاهش خطرات و ارتقا ی وضعیت ایمنی بیمارستان در زمینه های دارای ضعف انجام تمهیدات و مداخلات لازم ضروری میباشد.

An Audit of Safety Measures of Pediatric Wards

Background objectives: Providing the health care service accompanies with a degree of risk. Since attaining comprehensive safety requires a preliminary evaluation of the present situation, this study aimed to determinr the safety status of children admitted to the hospitals affiliated to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Iran.Methods: This crosssectional and descriptive study was performed in the medical and surgical wards of the Mofid children Hospital in Tehran during 20132014. A researcher made observationbased checklist about children rsquo safety was used to collect the data about equipments rsquo safety, physical environment and nursing cares. Based on the achieved scores, hospital rsquos safety conditions were categorized into three groups of favorable, relatively favorable, and unfavorable.Results: Data analysis showed the adherence of children settings to safety measures. Regarding equipment rsquos safety, 77.6% was favorable, 45.6% of physical environment scored as relatively favorable, and 66.5% of nursing cares graded as favorable.Conclusion: This study showed that the safety state of pediatric wards of the Mofid hospital affiliated to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences was desirable in equipments and the safety status of the physical environment nevertheless nursing care measure was moderate which can lead to problems and hazards for patients. Finally, reinforcing the safety measures in the three criteria is necessary to decreas the risks and subsequently improvement of safety in hospital.
