چکیده
|
زمینه و هدف: تغذیه با شیر مادر سالم ترین و طبیعی ترین نوع تغذیه برای شیرخوار است، از آنجایی که اکثر مادران اطلاعات اندکی در مورد تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر دارند، حمایت صحیح می تواند نقش موثری در ارتقاء سطح آگاهی مادران و در نتیجه افزایش میزان شیردهی انحصاری ایفا کند. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر برنامه طراحی شده بر تغذیه انحصاری نوزادان رسیده با شیر مادر انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش یک تحقیق نیمه تجربی است که به صورت حمایت عاطفی و آموزش و پیگیری بر روی 63 مادر نخست زا در دو گروه شاهد (33 نفر) و آزمون (30نفر) که با روش سرشماری انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و چک لیست بررسی تغذیه انحصاری نوزاد بود که توسط مادران در طول یک ماه نوزادی تکمیل می شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آزمون توصیفی و تحلیلی و توسط نرم افزار spss16 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج میزان تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر در گروه آزمون (7/56%) و شاهد (3/27%) بود که از نظر آماری تفاوت معنی داری داشت (018/0=p). درمورد مصرف آب قند و داروهای گیاهی در دو گروه با آزمون کای دو تفاوت معنی دار مشاهده شد (007/0=p)، ولی از نظر مصرف شیرخشک این تفاوت معنی دار نبود (455/0=p).نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دهنده تاثیر برنامه حمایتی در افزایش موارد تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر است و با توجه به اهمیت تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر و کاهش میزان آن، باید تاکید بیشتری بر اجرای برنامه های حمایتی حاضر در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شود.

Abstract
|
Abstract Background Objectives: Breastfeeding is the healthiest and the most natural kind of nutrition for infants. Since most of the mothers have little information about exclusive breastfeeding, appropriate support could play a significant role in promotion of mothers' knowledge and thus increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding. So, present study aimed to determine the effect of supportive program on exclusive breastfeeding over.Methods: This quasiexperimental study was performed by emotional support, education and followup over 63 nulliparous women in two groups of control (n=33) and case (n=30) which had been selected by conensus method. Data gathered using demographic information questionnaire and check list of neonates exclusive breast feeding, which filled by mothers in the period of one month after delivery. Data were analyzed by descriptiveanalytical statistical tests in SPSS v.16.Results: Based on the results, exclusive breastfeeding rsquo;s rate were 56.7% in treatment group and 27.3% in control group which was statistically significant (p=0.018). Also, there were statistically significant difference in the consumption of solution of sugar and water and herbal medicines in the two groups by chisquare (p=0.007). But there was no significant difference about consumption of milk powder (p=0.455).Conclusion: The results indicated that a protective program can be effective in the enhancement of exclusive breastfeeding, so it should be more emphasis on present protective programs in healthcare and medical services centers.Keywords: Supportive Program, Exclusive Breast Feeding, Neonate
