ارتباط استرس شغلی و رضایت زناشویی پرستاران

زمینه و هدف: برخی از مطالعات ارتباط استرس شغلی را با بهره وری سازمان ها و ایجاد عوارض جسمی و روانی در کارکنان سازمان ها و نیز در پرستاران نشان داده اند، اما به ارتباط آن با مسائل خانوادگی و رضایت زناشویی پرستاران کمتر توجه شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی رابطه استرس شغلی و رضایت زناشویی پرستاران انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 200 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی تهران که به صورت دو مرحله ای (خوشه ای تصادفی) انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش دارای سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه استرس شغلی و رضایت زناشویی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس و رگرسیون چندمتغیره از طریق spss16 استفاده شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره استرس شغلی و نیز رضایت زناشویی پرستاران شرکت کننده در مطالعه به ترتیب 42/16 ± 11/104 و 38/28 ± 65/169 بود. بین استرس شغلی با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معنی دار مشاهده شد (517/0=r و 001/0> p). بر اساس مدل رگرسیونی مشخص گردید که مولفه های سازگاری نقش به میزان 758/0، ابهام نقش به میزان 123/0، روابط با مافوق به میزان 136/0 و عوامل ارگونومی به میزان 095/0 در تبیین رضایت زناشویی نقش دارند.نتیجه گیری: استرس شغلی ارتباط معنی داری با رضایت زناشویی پرستاران داشت. اطلاع از شیوه های مدیریت استرس در محیط های کاری می تواند باعث سازگاری بهتر پرستاران با محیط کار شود و بر رضایت زناشویی آن ها نیز تاثیر داشته باشد

The Relationship between Occupational Stress and Marital Satisfaction of Nurses

Abstract�Background objectives: Some studies have shown the relationship between occupational stress and organizational productivity, physical and psychological complications in employee including nursing staffs. However, its relationship with family matters and marital satisfaction of nurses has been less investigated. This study aimed to evaluate the association between occupational stress and marital satisfaction in nurses.Methods: This crosssectional study was conducted with 200 nurses working in selected hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran. The participants were selected using a clustered random sampling method. The instrument had three sections: demographic data, occupational stress and marital satisfaction questionnaires. In order to data analysis the descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression analysis, ttest and ANOVA performed using SPSS v.16.0.Results: The mean scores of occupational stress and marital satisfaction were 104.11 ±; 16.42 and 169.65 ±; 28.38, respectively. Significant correlation was observed between occupational stress and marital satisfaction (r=0.517, p<0.001). Based on the regression model, the role compatibility could to define 0.758 of the marital satisfaction, while role ambiguity, relationships with superiors and ergonomic factors defined 0.123, 0.136 and 0.095 of the marital satisfaction, respectively.Conclusion: Occupational stress was significantly associated with marital satisfaction of nurses. Nurses rsquo; knowledge of stress management in work settings may help them to cope better with the work environment and it also has an influence on marital satisfaction.Keywords: Occupational Stress, Marital Satisfaction, Nurse
