مقایسه فرایند اجرایی انجام رساله‏های دکتری پرستاری ایران و انگلیس

زمینه و هدف: رساله دکتری یک پژوهش اصیل در موضوع با اهمیتی است که به توسعه علم منجر می شود. با توجه به اینکه ارزیابی هر برنامه ای در مرحله اجرا در جهت ارتقا و پیدا نمودن نقاط قوت و ضعف و همچنین اجرای برنامه ضروری است، لذا این مطالعه جهت مقایسه فرایند اجرایی انجام رساله های دکتری پرستاری ایران و انگلیس انجام گردید. روش کار: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی تطبیقی با استفاده از روش معروف جرج بردی است. بر اساس این روش ابتدا وضعیت موجود رساله های دکتری در کلیه دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی ایران بررسی شد و در ادامه همین وضعیت در 10 دانشگاه برتر انگلیس در سال 2013 انجام گرفت، سپس وجوه اشتراک و افتراق این برنامه ها در دو زمینه مقایسه شد و در نهایت بر این اساس برای بهبود وضعیت رساله ای دکترای پرستاری در ایران پیشنهادهایی ارائه شد. یافته ها: در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی هر دو کشور گذراندن واحدهای اجباری مثل روش تحقیق کمی و کیفی قبل از اخذ واحد رساله، زمان بندی مشخص برای انجام مراحل، گرفتن مدرک منوط به ارائه شفاهی و کتبی و انتشار مقاله از رساله وجود دارد. رساله دکترای پرستاری در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی ایران اغلب از نوع تحقیق کیفی و تعداد کمی هم تحقیقات مختلط است، در صورتی که در اغلب دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی انگلیس این پروژه به صورت تحقیقات کمی می باشد که مرتبط با کار بالین است. نتیجه گیری: در این مطالعه مشخص گردید که رساله های دکتری پرستاری در انگلستان اغلب در زمینه مسائل و مشکلات بالینی موجود در پرستاری و در ایران اغلب تحقیقات کیفی محض می باشد. لذا اگر رساله های دکتر ی پرستاری در ایران به سمت تحقیقات عملیاتی پیش برود می تواند مشکلات جامعه پرستاری ایران را حل نموده و به بهبود وضعیت پرستاری ایران و اعتلای رشته کمک نماید

Comparing the Executive Process of Iranian and British Nursing Doctoral Dissertation

� Background objectives: The thesis is an original research on important matter, which leads to the development of nursing science. With regard to this point that, the evaluation of any program in stage of implementation is essential to promote and find their strengths and weaknesses as well as performing it, the aim of this study was to review the PhD thesis and compare it to the Britain thesis.� Methods: This descriptivecomparative method is called George Brady. By this method, current status of doctoral dissertations in all medical universities in Iran were investigated, following the same position in the UK top 10 in 2013 were conducted, then, The similarities and differences in the context of these programs was compared, and finally according to this for improving a PhD dissertation in Iran, the recommendations presented. Results: In Medical Sciences Universities in both countries, there were mandatory units such as qualitative and quantitative research methods to pass before obtaining a thesis, determine the time for the process, get document shall be subject to written and oral presentations, and publication of the thesis. PhD dissertation in University of Medical Sciences in Iran, mostly in the form of qualitative research and few researches are mixed, whereas, in most British Medical Sciences Universities, this project is a quantitative research that is relevant to clinical work. Conclusion: In this study, it was found that a doctoral dissertation in the field of nursing in the UK often performed in clinical issues and in Iran qualitative research was often performed. If nursing doctoral dissertation in the operational research goes ahead, it could solve the problems of the nursing community and promote the discipline of nursing and could help to solve the problems of the Iranian nursing community and improve and promote the discipline of nursing.
