ارزیابی کیفیت نظام آموزش الکترونیکی با استفاده از مدل هادولو

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به شتاب فزاینده تحولات دیجیتال در عصر حاضر و تسهیل دسترسی به فناوری های نوین، آموزش الکترونیکی به عنوان یک رویکرد آموزشی پیشرو، به طور گسترده ای در حال توسعه است. در این راستا، تضمین کیفیت این نظام نوین آموزشی، مستلزم به کارگیری چارچوب های ارزیابی نظام مند و قابل اعتماد است. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی کیفیت نظام آموزش الکترونیکی با استفاده از مدل ارزیابی هادولو بود.روش کار: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که بر اساس مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی و پیام نور شهرستان اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بود (11488 نفر) که از بین آنها تعداد 372 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش الکترونیکی هادولو (2018) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های تی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزار spss-27 و همچنین تحلیل مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار amos-26 انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که شاخص نیکویی برازش 0/98، شاخص نیکویی برازش تعدیل‌یافته 0/96 و شاخص برازش هنجار شده 0/92 بود که نشان می‌دهد مدل نهایی از برازندگی بسیار خوبی برخوردار است. همچنین نتایج بررسی رابطه بین متغیرها نشان داد که بعد پشتیبانی از یادگیرنده با ضریب مسیر 0/81 و 145/31 =t، بیشتر از 4 بعد دیگر در کیفیت آموزش الکترونیکی تاثیر داشت. همه مولفه‌ها تاثیر معناداری در کیفیت آموزش الکترونیکی داشتند.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، کیفیت آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی و پیام نور اردبیل در پنج حیطه مورد بررسی بر اساس مدل هادولو، در سطح مطلوبی قرار داشت. بنابراین ارزیابی کیفیت نظام آموزش الکترونیکی بر اساس این مدل، میتواند در بررسی سطح عملکرد دانشگاه ها، شناسایی دقیق نقاط قوت و ضعف و در نتیجه اصلاح و بهبود کیفیت آنها در این حوزه موثر باشد. 

evaluating the quality of e-learning systems using the hadullo model

background: with the increasing acceleration of digital transformations in the present era and the facilitation of access to new technologies, e-learning is being widely developed, as a leading educational approach. in this regard, ensuring the quality of this new educational system requires the use of systematic and reliable evaluation frameworks. the aim of this research was evaluating the quality of the e-learning systems, using the hadullo evaluating model.methods: this quantitative descriptive-correlational study was conducted based on structural equation modeling. the study population included all students of islamic azad and payame noor universities in ardabil in the academic year 2023-2024, (11,488 people). a total of 372 were selected using stratified random sampling. the data collection tool was the hadullo e-learning quality assessment questionnaire (2018). data analysis was performed using t-tests and pearson correlation coefficient using spss-27, and structural equation modeling analysis using amos-26.results: the results showed that the goodness of fit index was 0.98, the adjusted goodness of fit index was 0.96, and the normalized fit index was 0.92, which indicates that the final model had a very good fit. furthermore, the results of examining the relationship between variables showed that the learner support dimension, with a path coefficient of 0.81 and t = 145.31, had a greater impact on the quality of e-learning than the other 4 dimensions. all components had a significant impact on the quality of e-learning.conclusion: based on the findings of the research, the quality of e-learning in islamic azad and payame noor universities of ardabil has been evaluated at a desirable level in five areas based on the hadullo model. therefore, evaluating the quality of the e-learning system based on this model can determine the level of performance in universities and accurately identify strengths and weaknesses in this area, so their quality can be modified and improved
