تبیین انگیزه مشارکت داوطلبانه طلاب در مراقبت از مبتلایان به کووید-19: یک تحلیل محتوای کیفی

زمینه و هدف: همه گیری کووید-19، یکی از بحرانی ترین شرایط را پیش روی نظامهای ارائه خدمات سلامت قرار داد. در کنار چالش های ایجاد شده، مفاهیمی چون همدلی مردم و فعالیت های داوطلبانه در مقابله با بحران، پررنگتر شد. حضور داوطلبان در بحران کووید-19 و نقش آنها در کنترل بحران، تاثیرگذار بود. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین انگیزه مشارکت داوطلبانه طلاب در مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 در مراکز آموزشی و درمانی شهر اردبیل انجام شد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی انجام شد. بر این اساس، با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند، تعداد 6 نفر از طلابی که در بیمارستان ها و نقاهتگاه های مرتبط با کووید-19، داوطلب خدمت و مراقبت از بیماران شده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه فردی و نیمه ساختار عمیق استفاده شد. داده های مطالعه بر اساس روش الو و کینگاس و با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda-10 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای قراردادی موجب شکل گیری 4 طبقه اصلی به عنوان علل اصلی انگیزه فعالیت های داوطلبانه طلاب شد که عبارت بودند از: پاسخ به ندای ایثار، پاسخ به انتظارات و نیازهای جامعه، توجه و تبعیت از ارزش های حاکمیتی و اعتقادات مذهبی.نتیجه گیری: بررسی نتایج نشان داد که هم عوامل و انگیزه های درونی و هم انتظارات و ارزش های حاکم بر جامعه در داوطلب شدن برای مشارکت در کنترل بحران کووید-19 در بین طلاب موثر بوده است. از یک طرف ارزش های اجتماعی، زمینه را برای فعالیت های داوطلبانه فراهم می سازد و از طرف دیگر، مسئولیت پذیری داوطلبان در قبال جامعه باعث رشد ارزش های اجتماعی می شود. بر این اساس توجه به این عوامل انگیزشی ذکر شده، گسترش فرهنگ داوطلبی بر اساس حس نوع دوستی و بسترسازی اجتماعی برای مشارکت های داوطلبی، می تواند ظرفیت بالقوه ای را برای مواجهه با بحران های مشابه فراهم سازد.

explaining the motivation for the voluntary participation of clergies in the care of patients with covid-19: a qualitative content analysis

background: the outbreak of covid-19 disease has been considered one of the crucial public health issues in iran and worldwide, placing one of the most important conditions on healthcare services. in addition to the resulting challenges, concepts such as human empathy and voluntary activities in confronting the crisis became more colorful. the presence of volunteers during the covid-19 crisis and their role in controlling the crisis has been effective. therefore, this study was conducted to explain the motivation for the voluntary participation clergies in the care of patients with covid-19 in educational and medical centers in ardabil. methods: the present qualitative study was conducted using conventional content analysis method. therefore, 6 clergies who volunteered to serve and care for patients in hospitals and convalescent centers related to covid-19 were included in the study through purposive sampling. semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to collect data. data were analyzed based on the method proposed by elo and kyngäs using maxqda-10 software.results: the results of conventional content analysis led to the formation of 4 main categories as the main causes motivating the volunteer activities of clergies, including responding to the call for sacrifice, meeting the desire to expectations and needs of society, and concerning and obedience to administrative values and religious beliefs.conclusion: the results showed that both the internal factors and motivations and the expectations and values ​​governing the society have been effective in volunteering to participate in controlling the covid-19 crisis among the clergies. on the one hand, social values ​​are the foundation of voluntary activities, and on the other hand, volunteers’ responsibility towards society leads to the development of social values. on this basis, paying attention to these motivational factors, expanding a volunteering culture based on a sense of altruism, and creating a social platform for volunteer participation can bring potential possibilities to deal with similar crises
