ارتباط حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و کیفیت مراقبت‬های پرستاری در همه‬ گیری کووید-19

زمینه و هدف: مراقبت پرستاری با کیفیت می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در روند بهبودی و پیشگیری از عوارض بیماری ها داشته باشد. از طرفی، حمایت سازمانی می تواند یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری در همه گیری کووید-19 انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی در سال 1400 با مشارکت 384 نفر از پرستاران بخش های مختلف بیمارستان های آموزشی درمانی شهرهای اردبیل و خلخال انجام گرفت. نمونه ها با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمع آوری داده ها شامل فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده آیزنبرگر و پرسشنامه کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری کوال پکس بود. تحلیل آماری داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه، تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه در نرم افزار آماری spss-20 انجام شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمرات حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده، 4/7 ± 21/75 و کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری،17/56± 240/45 بود. بین حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری، ارتباط مثبت و معنی دار مشاهده شد (r=0/45 و p<0/05). همچنین، دو متغیر سن و میزان تحصیلات با کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری داشتند (0/05 

the relationship between perceived organizational support and the quality of nursing care in the covid -19 outbreak

background: quality nursing care can have a significant impact on the healing process and preventing complications of disease. on the other hand, organizational support may be one of the factors influencing the quality of nursing care. this study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between the perceived organizational support and the quality of nursing care during the covid-19 outbreak.methods: this descriptive correlational study was conducted in 1400. a total of 384 nurses were selected from different departments of educational and therapeutic hospitals in ardabil and khalkhal using stratified random sampling method. the data collection instruments included the demographic profile form, eisenberger’s perceived organizational support questionnaire, and qual-pex nursing care quality questionnaire. statistical analysis of the data was performed using pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression, independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance at a significance level of 0/05 using spss-20 software.results: the mean score of perceived organizational support was 21.75±4.7 and the quality of nursing care was 240.45±17.56. a positive and significant relationship was observed between the perceived organizational support and the quality of nursing care (p<0.05 and r=0.45). also, the two variables of age and level of education had a positive and significant relationship with the quality of nursing care (p<0.05).conclusion: the results of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational support and the quality of nursing care. therefore, nursing managers can play an important role in improving the quality of nursing care by creating a supportive atmosphere for nurses.
