بررسی ارتباط چالش‬های مقابله با ویروس کرونا و رفتار مراقبتی پرستاران

زمینه و هدف: ویروس کرونا، چالش های مختلفی را در حوزه های اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی ایجاد کرده است. برای مصون ماندن از عوارض این بیماری، مراقبت مناسب و با کیفیت، امر مهمی میباشد. درک پرستاران از رفتارهای مراقبتی و عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آن نقش تعیین کننده ای در کیفیت مراقبت و نهایتاً سلامت جامعه خواهد داشت. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط چالش های مقابله با ویروس کرونا و رفتار مراقبتی در پرستاران شهر اردبیل انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی بود که با مشارکت 384 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهر اردبیل در سال 1401 انجام شد. در این مطالعه از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سه قسمتی ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک، رفتار مراقبتی ولف و همکاران و چالش‌های مقابله‌ای کووید-19 به صورت اینترنتی صورت گرفت. داده‌ها با نرم افزار spss-26 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین ‌و انحراف معیار) و تحلیلی (آزمون تی یک نمونه ای، تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و رگرسیون خطی) تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کلی چالش مقابله با کووید-19 از دیدگاه پرستاران17/16، ±121/19 بود و زیرمقیاس نیروی انسانی (0/74±4/52)، به عنوان مهمترین چالش مربوط بیماری کووید-19 شناخته شد. همچنین، میانگین امتیاز رفتارهای مراقبتی پرستاران، 46/74±196/92به دست آمد. میانگین نمره بعد مراقبت جسمانی (0/6± 4/86) بیشتر از بعد روانی (0/15±4/64) بوده و این اختلاف به لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود. بین چالش‌های مقابله با کووید-19 و رفتار مراقبتی پرستاران، همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری یافت شد (r=0/1 ,p=0/03). همچنین بین ابعاد چالش‌های مقابله ای (شامل برنامه ریزی جامع مقابله، امکانات مقابله، مسائل مالی مقابله، آموزش و مسائل اجتماعی و نیروی انسانی مقابله با کووید-19 با رفتار مراقبتی پرستاران، ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت (0/001>p). براساس نتایج مدل رگرسیون خطی، متغیر نیروی انسانی 5% از واریانس رفتار مراقبتی پرستاران را پیشگویی می کرد  (0/001>p). نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش نمرات چالش مقابله با کووید-19، امتیاز رفتار مراقبتی و ابعاد آن در پرستاران بیشتر می شود که نشان می‌دهد پرستاران، کار در موقعیت‌های سخت و خطرناک را بخشی از نقش و وظیفه حرفه‌ای خود می‌دانند. لذا، پیشنهاد می‌شود در جریان اپیدمی بیماری‌ها با اصلاح کمبود نیروی انسانی، توانمندسازی و آموزش پرسنل و توجه به جنبه‌های جسمانی و روانی مراقبت، وضعیت رفتار مراقبتی پرستاران را بهبود بخشید.  

the relationship between challenges to deal with covid-19 and caring behaviors of nurses

background: covid-19 has caused various challenges in the social, political and economic fields. to stay safe from complications of the disease, proper and quality care is important. nurses’ understanding of caring behaviors and the factors that influence them will play an important role in the quality of care and ultimately the society health. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between challenges to deal with covid-19 and caring behaviors of nurses in ardabil city.methods: this is a correlational descriptive study involving 384 nurses working at ardabil educational hospitals in 2022 using convenient sampling method. data were collected through a three-part electronic questionnaire on demographic characteristics, wolff et al. caring behavior and challenges to deal with covid-19 questionnaires. data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (one-sample t-test, independent t-test, anova and linear regression) using spss-26.results: the results showed that the mean score of the challenges to deal with covid-19 from the nurses’ point of view was 121.91±17.16. the most important challenge was related to the subscale of human resources (4.52±0.74). the mean score of nurses’ caring behaviors was 196.92±46.74. mean score of physical care dimension (4.86±0.06) was more than psychological dimension (4.64±0.15) and this difference was statistically significant. there was a positive significant correlation between challenges to deal with covid-19 and caring behaviors of nurses (p=0.03, r=0.10). furthermore, there was a positive significant relationship between dimensions of challenges to deal with covid-19 (including comprehensive planning of coping, facilities of coping, financial issues of coping, education and social issues and human resources) and caring behaviors of nurses (p<.001). the linear regression model showed the variable of human resources predicts 5% of the variance of nurses’ caring behaviors (p<0.001).conclusion: the results revealed that the increase of challenges to deal with covid-19 score results in increased score of caring behaviors in nurses. that shows nurses consider working in difficult and dangerous situations as part of their professional role and duty. therefore, it is suggested to improve the caring behaviors during the epidemic through overcoming the human resource shortages, empowering and educating personnel and paying attention to the physical and psychological aspects of care.
