نقش بهزیستی روانشناختی و اجتماعی در انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری با میانجیگری رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی

زمینه و هدف: صاحبنظران معتقدند انگیزش، نقش مهمی در عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد و با توجه به شرایط حاضر، عوامل مختلفی می توانند آن را بهبود بخشند که بهزیستی اجتماعی و روانشناختی به عنوان متغیرهای اثرگذار در این مهم، مطرح هستند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش بهزیستی روانشناختی و اجتماعی در انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری با میانجیگری رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی انجام شد. روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند (700 نفر) که از بین آنها تعداد 250 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر (1981)، بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989)، مقیاس بهزیستی اجتماعی کییز (2004) و رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی گل پرور (1389) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss-21 و amos-22 انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین بهزیستی اجتماعی و مولفه های آن (شامل شکوفایی، همبستگی، انسجام، پذیرش و مشارکت اجتماعی) و بهزیستی روانشناختی و مولفه های آن (شامل پذیرش خود، روابط مثبت با دیگران، خودمختاری، تسلط بر محیط، زندگی هدفمند و رشد فردی) با انگیزش تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (0/05>p). همچنین رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی، نقش واسطه ای در رابطه بین بهزیستی روانشناختی و بهزیستی اجتماعی با انگیزش تحصیلی داشتند (0/01>p).نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های مطالعه مبنی بر نقش بهزیستی روانی و اجتماعی در متغیرهایی مانند انگیزش تحصیلی و رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری، لازم است دانشگاه ها نسبت به تعبیه مراکز مشاوره جهت افزایش بهزیستی روانی و انگیزش تحصیلی این دانشجویان، اقدامات لازم را انجام دهند. 

the role of psychological and social well-being on the academic motivation of nursing students through the mediation of academic civic behaviors

background: experts believe that motivation plays an important role in the academic performance of students and according to the current conditions, various factors can improve it. among these factors, psychological and social well-being is considered as effective variables. therefore, this study was conducted with the purpose of determining the role of psychological and social well-being on the academic motivation of nursing students through the mediation of academic civic behaviors.methods: this is a correlational descriptive study. the statistical population consisted of nursing students of tabriz university of medical sciences during the academic year of 1400-1401 (2021-2022). the number of 250 people was selected out of available 700 nursing students based on morgan’s table using stratified random sampling method. harter’s academic motivation questionnaire (1981), rief’s psychological well-being (1989), keyes’ social well-being scale (2004) and gol parvar’s academic civic behavior questionnaire (2019) were used to collect data. data analysis was performed using pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation analysis using spss-21 and amos-22.results: the results of showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between social well-being and its components (including prosperity, correlation, cohesion, acceptance and social participation) and psychological well-being and its components (including self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, control over the environment, purposeful life, and personal growth) and academic motivation (p<0.05). furthermore, academic civic behaviors have a mediating role in the relationship between psychological well-being and its components and social well-being and its components and academic motivation (p<0.01).conclusion: based on the study findings, due to the influencing role of psychological and social well-being on variables such as academic motivation and civic academic behaviors in nursing students, universities should make efforts to hold consultation centers inorder to increase psychological well-being and academic motivation of their students
