مقایسه دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران از وضعیت ارتباط پرستار با بیمار در مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهر اردبیل

زمینه و هدف: ارتباط موثر، یکی از مهم ترین جنبه‏های مراقبت پرستاری است که بدون آن، انجام بسیاری از وظایف پرستاران امکان پذیر نمیباشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران از وضعیت ارتباط پرستار با بیمار در بخش‏های اورژانس و داخلی مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر اردبیل بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است که با مشارکت 108 پرستار و 390 بیمار در بخش های اورژانس و داخلی مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر اردبیل انجام شد. روش انتخاب نمونه ها در مورد پرستاران، سرشماری و در مورد بیماران، نمونه گیری در دسترس بود. برای گردآوری داده ها از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه تعامل پرستار- بیمار وکوویچ (2010) استفاده شد. داده ‏ها ‏با نرم‏افزار spss-22 و آزمون‏های تی مستقل، تی زوجی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرات ارتباط پرستار با بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران، 0/93±3/96 و از دیدگاه پرستاران، 0/69±3/74 بود. بین میانگین نمرات ارتباط پرستار- بیمار از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران، تفاوت معنی‏داری وجود داشت( 0/05> p). همچنین، ارتباط معنی داری بین مدرک تحصیلی بیماران (0/001> p) و جنسیت پرستاران (0/04=p) با وضعیت ارتباط پرستار- بیمار، مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج، ارتباط پرستار- بیمار از دیدگاه بیماران نسبت به پرستاران در وضعیت بهتری قرار داشت، با این حال انجام مداخلات مدیریتی و سازمانی دقیق و مهیا نمودن شرایط لازم جهت بهبود روند ارتباط درمانی توصیه میشود. 

comparing the perspectives of nurses and patients on the nurse-patient communication status in ardabil educational centers

background: effective communication is one of the most important aspects of nursing, without which it is impossible to perform many nursing duties. the present study aimed to compare the perspectives of nurses and patients on the nurse-patient communication status in the emergency and medical departments of educational-therapeutic centers in ardabil city.methods: the present study is a descriptive and analytical study conducted with the participation of 108 nurses and 390 patients from the emergency and medical departments of educational-therapeutic centers in ardabil city. the sampling method for nurses was census and for patients, convenient sampling was used. to collect data, the demographic information form and the vukovic (2010) nurse-patient interaction questionnaire were used. data were analyzed using spss-22 software and independent t-test, paired t-test and pearson’s correlation coefficient.results: the mean and standard deviation of the nurse-patient communication score from the patient’s perspective was 3.96±0.93 and from the nurses’ perspective, it was 3.74±0.69. there was a significant difference between the mean nurse-patient communications scores from the nurse and patient perspectives (p<0.05). furthermore, a significant correlation was observed between the patients’ educational level (p<0.001) and nurse gender (p=0.04) and nurse-patient communication status.conclusion: according to the results, the nurse-patient communication was in a better state from the patient’s perspective in comparison to the nurses’ perspective. however, it is recommended to carry out precise management and organizational interventions and prepare the necessary conditions to improve the therapeutic communication process.
