نگرش دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی در زمان همه‫گیری ویروس کرونا

زمینه و هدف: نگرانی در مورد آینده شغلی مقوله ای است که اخیراً در مورد رشته های مختلف روبه فزونی گذاشته است . مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی در زمان همه گیری ویروس کرونا طرح ریزی شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، 170 نفر از دانشجویان رشته اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه نگرش نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی دانشجویان بود که بصورت الکترونیکی تکمیل شد. داده‫ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون‫های آماری تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: میانگین نمره نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی به ترتیب 5/63&±29/00 و 3/30&±19/62 بدست آمد. 67/1 درصد از دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و 67/6 درصد نسبت به آینده شغلی خود دیدگاه مطلوبی داشتند. همچنین بین سال ورود به دانشگاه با نگرش به رشته تحصیلی (0/001 =p) و آینده شغلی (0/003 =p)، و نیز بین محل اسکان دانشجویان با نگرش به آینده شغلی(0/010 =p) ارتباط معنی دار آماری مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: نگرش اکثریت دانشجویان رشته اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان در زمان همه گیری ویروس کرونا نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود مطلوب بود. آشنایی کامل‫تر افراد با رشته تحصیلی قبل از انتخاب رشته، افزایش ظرفیت‫های شغلی کار در اتاق عمل و تعدیل ظرفیت پذیرش دانشجویان می‫تواند در تقویت هرچه بیشتر این نوع نگرش‫ها نقش بسزایی داشته باشد.

Attitude of Operating Room Students of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences toward Their Discipline and Future Career during the Corona Virus Epidemic

Background & aim: Concerns about career prospects are a topic that has recently increased in various disciplines. The aim of this study was to determine the attitude of operating room students of Hamadan university of medical sciences toward their discipline and future career during the corona virus epidemicMethods: In this descriptiveanalytical study, 170 operating room students of Hamadan university were selected by stratified sampling method. The research tool was students’ attitudes toward the field of study and career prospects questionnaire which were completed as electronically and in writing. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and oneway ANOVA and independent ttest.Results: The mean scores of student attitudes toward the field of study and career future were 29.00&±5.63 and 19.62&±3.30, respectively. 67.1% of students had a favorable view of their field of study and 67.6% had a favorable view of their future career. Also, there were statistically significant relationships between the year of entering the university with their attitude towards the field of study (p=0.001) and career future (p=0.003), and the accommodation of students with attitude towards career future (p=0.010).Conclusion: The attitude of the majority of operating room students of Hamadan university of medical sciences towards their field of study and future career was favorable at the time of the corona virus epidemic. A more complete acquaintance of people with the field of study before choosing a field, increasing the job capacity of working in the operating room and adjusting the admission capacity of students can play a significant role in strengthening these types of attitudes.
