الگوی مطلوب شایستگی رهبری آموزش در گروه‫های بالینی دانشکده‫های پرستاری و مامایی

زمینه و هدف: مقوله رهبری در علوم پزشکی و آموزش پرستاری، به ویژه در ارتباط با یادگیری بالینی از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است و می تواند به میزان قابل توجهی اثربخشی آموزش بالینی را پیش بینی کند. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی مطلوب شایستگی رهبری آموزش در گروه‫های بالینی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی صورت گرفت.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی آمیخته (کیفی کمی) انجام شد. برای اجرای پژوهش با 15 نفر از معاونین و مدیران گروه در برخی ازدانشگاه‫های شمالغرب کشور مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت و به شیوه تحلیل محتوا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و در مرحله کمی با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی و بکارگیری معادلات ساختاری مورد تایید قرار گرفت.یافته ها: متغیر شایستگی رهبران آموزشی از منظر مدیران و معاونین آموزشی در مرحله کیفی و تحلیل مقوله‫ها شامل50 شایستگی در پنج دسته شایستگی‫های رهبری در آموزش بالینی، ارزیابی خود و ارزشیابی عملکرد آموزشی، توسعه مهارت‫های بالینی دانشجو، شایستگی فردی، منابع انسانی بود که الگوی طراحی شده در مرحله کمی با تکنیک معادلات ساختاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت سازمان‫های آموزشی و همچنین شایستگی‫های مدیران در علوم پزشکی برای موفقیت بالینی، مدل مذکور برای تصمیم گیرندگان و مشاوران به منظور انتخاب رهبران آموزش بالینی دانشگاه‫ها و هدایت و راهنمایی مدیران کاربرد دارد.

An Optimal Model for Educational Leadership Competency in Clinical Departments of Nursing and Midwifery Faculties

Background & aim: Leadership in medical sciences and nursing education, especially in relation to clinical learning, is very important, and can significantly predict the effectiveness of clinical education. The aim of this study was to design an optimal model for educational leadership competency in clinical departments of medical universities.Methods: This research was conducted by a mixed qualitative (qualitativequantitative) method. To conduct the research, a semistructured interview was conducted with 15 deputies and group managers in some universities in the northwest of the country. It was evaluated by content analysis method and, in the qualitative stage, approved by fuzzy Delphi method and application of structural equations.Results: The competency variable of educational leaders from the perspective of educational administrators and deputies in the qualitative stage and category analysis included 50 competencies in five categories of leadership competencies in clinical education, selfassessment and evaluation of educational performance, development of student clinical skills and individual competence, human resources. The designed model was evaluated in a quantitative step with the structural equation technique.Conclusion: Considering the importance of educational organizations as well as the competencies of managers in medical sciences for clinical success, this model can be used by decision makers and consultants in order to select clinical education leaders in universities and to guide managers.
