مقایسه تاثیر آموزش به دو روش گروهی و لوح فشرده مولتی‫ مدیا بر آگاهی و نگرش مادران در مورد کودک‫ آزاری جنسی

زمینه و هدف: کودکان از آسیب پذیرترین گروه‫های جامعه هستند و خطر آزار توسط افراد گوناگون همواره آنان را تهدید می‫کند. مادران مهمترین منبع قابل اعتماد جهت ارائه اطلاعات به کودکان می‫باشند. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه تاثیر آموزش به دو روش گروهی و لوح فشرده مولتی مدیا بر آگاهی و نگرش مادران در مورد کودک آزاری جنسی بود.روش کار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی تعداد 100 نفر از مادران دارای فرزند زیر 18 سال و دارای پرونده در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند و در دوگروه آموزش گروهی و آموزش با لوح فشرده مولتی مدیا در زمینه تعریف، شیوع، تشخیص، پیشگیری و مدیریت کودک آزاری جنسی مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که توسط مادران در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از مداخله تکمیل گردید. داده ها با استفاده از روش‫های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم افزار spss19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: میانگین نمرات آگاهی و نگرش مادران در مورد کودک آزاری جنسی در هر یک از دو گروه آموزش گروهی و آموزش با لوح فشرده مولتی مدیا بعد از آموزش نسبت به قبل از آموزش افزایش معنی داری داشت (p<0.001). در میانگین نمره آگاهی و نگرش مادران در مورد کودک آزاری جنسی بین دو گروه بعد از مداخله تفاوت آماری معنی‫داری مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: هر دو روش آموزش گروهی و آموزش با لوح فشرده مولتی مدیا در ارتقاء آگاهی و نگرش مادران در مورد کودک آزاری جنسی موثر می‫باشند. با توجه به مزایای فراوان آموزش با لوح فشرده مولتی مدیا از جمله به صرفه بودن و امکان استفاده در هر زمان، به کارگیری آن در برنامه های آموزشی مادران توصیه می‫شود.

Comparing the Effect of Methods of Group Education and Education by Multimedia Compact Disk on Mothers’ Knowledge and Attitude about Child Sexual Abuse

Background & aim: Children are among the most vulnerable groups in society who are always threatened by the danger of being abused by various people. Mothers are the most important reliable source of information for children. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of two methods of group education and education by multimedia compact disk (CD) on mothers’ knowledge and attitude about child sexual abuse.Methods: In this clinical trial, 100 mothers of children under 18 who had a medical record at health centers of Isfahan province were selected. Participants were allocated into two groups of group education and education with multimedia CD and trained about the definition, prevalence, diagnosis, prevention and management of child sexual abuse. Data were collected by a researchermade questionnaire which completed before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS19 software.Results: The mean score of knowledge and attitude of mothers about child sexual abuse had a statistically significant increase after the intervention in group education and also in the multimedia CD group compared to before the intervention (p<0.001). No significant difference was observed between two groups in the mean scores of knowledge and attitude of mothers about child sexual abuse after intervention.Conclusion: Group education and education with multimedia CD were effective in improving the knowledge and attitude of mothers about child sexual abuse. Therefore, considering the benefits of educating with multimedia CD including its affordability and the possibility of using at any time, it is recommended to be used for mothers’ education programs.
