بررسی رابطه طرحواره‫ های جنسی و رضایت جنسی زوجین: نقش واسطه ای الگوهای ارتباطی

زمینه و هدف: الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین در تمامی حیطه های زندگی مشترک آنها نقش داشته و رضایت فردی هر یک از همسران به ویژه در عملکرد و رابطه جنسی می‫تواند متاثر از مهارت‫ها و الگوهای ارتباطی آنها باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه طرحواره های جنسی و رضایت جنسی زوجین و نقش واسطه ای الگوهای ارتباطی در آن انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه زوجین ساکن شهرستان بوکان بودند که از بین آنها 500 نفر از زوجین به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس های طرحواره های شناختی در بافت جنسی، الگوهای ارتباطی و رضایت جنسی لارسون بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام به کمک نرم افزار spss انجام شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که با واسطه گری الگوهای ارتباطی (0/156=r)، بین طرحواره های جنسی (0/265=r) و رضایت جنسی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت (0/01=p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد در گام اول، مقدار همبستگی چندگانه برابر 0/265 و ضریب تعیین برابر 0/070، معنی دار بود. در گام دوم و با اضافه شدن مولفه های الگوهای ارتباطی، مقدار همبستگی چندگانه برابر 0/288 بود که ضریب تعیین افزایش یافته و با مقدار 0/083، معنی دار دیده شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیر الگوهای ارتباطی به عنوان متغیر میانجی در رابطه بین طرحواره های جنسی و رضایت جنسی، زوج درمانگران می‫توانند برای بهبود تعارضات جنسی زوجین در مداخلات خود بر بهبود الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین تاکید کرده و از این رویکرد جهت پیشگیری از جدایی و طلاق زوجین و شکست آنها در ازدواجشان استفاده کنند.

The Relationship between Sex Schemas and Sexual Satisfaction of Couples: The Mediating Role of Communication Patterns

Background & Aims: Couples communication patterns have some roles in all areas of their common life. Also, the individual satisfaction of each spouse, especially in performance and sex, can be influenced by their communication skills and patterns. The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between sexual schemas and sexual satisfaction of couples and mediating role of communication patterns.Methods: The present study was a descriptivecorrelational research. The research population consisted of all couples in Boukan city, among which, 500 couples were selected using convenient sampling method. The research tool was scales for measurement of cognitive schemas in the sexual tissue, communication patterns and sexual satisfaction of Larson. Data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression in SPSS software.Results: The results of the study showed that, by using mediating role of communication patterns, there was a positive and significant relationship (p=0.01) between sexual schemas (r=0.265) and sexual satisfaction (r=0.156). The regression analysis results, in the first step, showed that the multiple correlation value and coefficient of determination were 0.265 and 0.070, respectively which considered significant. In the second step, by adding the elements of communication patterns, the multiple correlation value and coefficient of determination were increased up to 0.288 and 0.083, respectively, which considered significant.Conclusion: According to the influence of communication patterns as a mediator in the relationship between sexual schemas and sexual satisfaction, the couple therapists, in their interventions, can improve the couples sexual conflict by focusing on improvement the couple communication patterns and use this approach to prevent couples' divorce and the marriage failure.
