نقش دلبستگی به خدا و بلوغ عاطفی در پیش بینی خوددلسوزی مادران کودکان ناشنوا

زمینه و هدف: یکی از چالش برانگیزترین جنبه های مادر بودن، مدیریت هیجاناتی است که به هنگام مراقبت از کودکان خاص ایجاد می شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش دلبستگی به خدا و بلوغ عاطفی در پیش بینی خوددلسوزی مادران کودکان ناشنوا بود. روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران دارای کودک ناشنوای 3 تا 10 ساله مراجعه کننده به مراکز توانبخشی زیر نظر اداره کل بهزیستی شهر اردبیل بود که از بین آنها 60 مادر به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس های دلبستگی به خدا ، بلوغ عاطفی و خوددلسوزی بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد و داده ها توسط نرم افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دلبستگی به خدا (0/81=r،p<0.001 )، پناهگاه امن (0/43 =rp<0.001، ادراک مثبت از خدا (0/09 =r، p<0.05 ) و عدم ثبات عاطفی (0/38 =r، p<0.05 ) با خوددلسوزی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد، دلبستگی به خدا 81 درصد از واریانس خوددلسوزی مادران کودکان ناشنوا را پیش بینی می‫کند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که دلبستگی به خدا و ثبات عاطفی از متغیرهای مهم در زمینه سلامت روان مادران دارای کودک ناشنوا است لذا بایستی آموزش های لازم در زمینه ایجاد دلبستگی ایمن به خدا و داشتن ثبات عاطفی به والدین دارای کودکان ناشنوا ارائه شود.

The role of Attachment to God and Emotional Maturation in Prediction of Self Compassion of Deaf Children’s Mothers

Background & objectives: One of the most challenging aspects of being a mother is managing the emotions aroused when caring of a special child. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of attachment to God and emotional maturity in predicting the selfcompassion in mothers of deaf children.Methods: The method of study was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population included all mothers with deaf children aged between 3 and 10 years’ old who referred to rehabilitation centers under the supervision of welfare organization of Ardabil province. The samples included 60 mothers who were selected using convenient sampling method. The research tool was scales for measurement of attachment to God, emotional maturity and selfcompassion. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions were used to analyze the data in SPSS software.Results: Results showed that there were significant correlations between attachment to God (r=0.81, p<0.001), haven of safety (r=0.43, p<0.001), positive perception of God (r=0.09, p<0.05) and emotional instability (r=0.38, p<0.05) with selfcompassion. Regression analysis showed that attachment to God was able to predict 81% of the selfcompassion variance in mothers of deaf children.Conclusion: According to the findings, one can conclude that attachment to God and emotional stability are important variables in the mental health of mothers with deaf children. Therefore, the training should be provided to create a secure attachment to God and emotional stability in parents of deaf children.
