بررسی رابطه قدردانی، شوخ‌طبعی و حمایت اجتماعی با رضایت زناشویی در پرستاران

زمینه و هدف: رضایت زناشویی از ابعاد مهم زندگی به شمار می رود. برخورداری از رضایت زناشویی در وضعیت حرفه ای پرستاران نقش مهمی دارد. قدردانی، حمایت اجتماعی و شوخ طبعی از جمله عواملی هستند که می توانند روی رضایت زناشویی تاثیر بگذارند. لذا هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه قدردانی، شوخ طبعی و حمایت اجتماعی با رضایت زناشویی در پرستاران شهر ساری بود.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه پرستاران شهر ساری در سال 1396 بودند. 263 پرستار به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه های قدردانی، شوخ طبعی، حمایت اجتماعی و رضایت زناشویی ابزارهای مورداستفاده در مطالعه بودند. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل هم زمان و به کمک نرم افزار spss21 انجام شد.یافته ها: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، بین قدردانی (0/276=r)، شوخ طبعی (0/198=r) و حمایت اجتماعی (0/265=r) با رضایت زناشویی پرستاران، رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت (0/001=p). در مدل پیش بین، متغیرهای قدردانی، حمایت اجتماعی و شوخ طبعی توانستند 19/9 درصد از تغییرات رضایت زناشویی را پیش بینی کنند (0/199=r2).نتیجه گیری: متغیرهای قدردانی، شوخ طبعی و حمایت اجتماعی می توانند رضایت زناشویی پرستاران را پیش بینی نمایند. ازاین رو پیشنهاد می شود مشاوران، درمانگران و برنامه ریزان بهداشت و درمان، آموزش های لازم در زمینه رضایت زناشویی را برای پرستاران فراهم نمایند.

The Relationship between Appreciation, Sense of Humor and Social Support with Marital Satisfaction in Nurses

Background objectives: Marital relationship is one of the significant dimensions of life. Having marital satisfaction plays an important role in professional status of nurses. Appreciation, sense of humor and social support are factors that can effect on marital relationship. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the relationships between appreciation, sense of humor and social support with nurse rsquo;s marital satisfaction.Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population was all nurses in Sariaffiliated hospitals in 2017. By multistep random sampling method, 263 nurses were selected. The study instruments were appreciation in relationships Scale, sense of humor questionnaire, perceived social support scale and marital satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was performed in SPSS V.21 using coefficient Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis with Enter model.Results: The findings showed that there were positive correlations between appreciation (r=0.27), sense of humor (r=0.19) and perceived social support (r=0.26) with nurses rsquo; marital satisfaction and these correlations were statistically significant (p>0.01). In a predictor model, appreciation, sense of humor and social support could predict 19.9 percent of nurses rsquo; marital satisfaction (R2=0.199).Conclusion: The appreciation, sense of humor, and social support variables had effective roles in predicting nurses rsquo; marital satisfaction. Hence, it is proposed that counselors, therapists and healthcare planners provide for nurses rsquo; the necessary trainings in the area of marital satisfaction predictors.
