توسعه کارآفرینی شهر سبز: ملزومات تولید پایدار کشاورزی شهری در دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی ملزومات تولید پایدار در کشاورزی شهری در قالب توسعه کارآفرینی شهر سبز به روش مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، 150 کشاورز طرح باغچه سبز در قالب کشاورزی شهری در دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه بوده که 90 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از جدول کرجسی مورگان به عنوان حجم نمونه به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخت بود. همچنین بر پایه مقدار میانگین واریانس استخراج شده (0/735>ave<0/533) و پایایی ترکیبی (0/901>cr<0/703)، پرسشنامه دارای روایی همگرا و پایایی مناسبی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss21 و smart pls3 بهره گرفته شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که ملزومات اجتماعی- دانشی، زیست‌محیطی و اقتصادی-حمایتی (به ترتیب با ضرایب مسیر 0.377، 0.402 و 0.359)، در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر پایداری تولید کشاورزی شهری داشتند. همچنین عامل رضایت از مسئولین و دست‌اندرکاران اجرایی و مشارکت ذینفعان (اجتماعی- دانشی)، عامل جمع‌آوری و استفاده از آب باران (زیست‌محیطی) و عامل دسترسی به وسایل و امکانات کشت (اقتصادی- حمایتی) نسبت به سایر عوامل تاثیر بیشتری داشتند. به‌طور کلی، هر سه سازه توسعه (اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی) بر پایداری کشاورزی شهری اثر معنی‌داری دارند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان مبنایی جهت تدوین راهبردهای توسعه توامان کشاورزی شهری بر پایه کارآفرینی شهری باشد. استفاده از پتانسیل‌ زمین‌های شهری با اهداف توانمندسازی اقتصادی و اجتماعی شهروندان در کنار مرمت و احیای فضای شهری، می‌تواند تاثیر به‌سزایی در گسترش کشاورزی نوین داشته باشد.

development of green city entrepreneurship: requirements of sustainable production of urban agriculture in razi university of kermanshah

the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the requirements of sustainable production in urban agriculture in line with the development of green city entrepreneurship. the statistical population of the research was 150 people, the green garden project was implemented in the form of urban agriculture development in razi university of kermanshah, 90 of them were randomly selected using morgan's kargesi table as the sample size. data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. based on the average value of extracted variance (ave < 0.533) and combined reliability (cr < 0.901), the questionnaire had convergent validity and adequate reliability. spss21 and smart pls3 software were used for data analysis. the obtained results showed that social-knowledge, environmental and economic-support requirements (with path coefficients of 0.377, 0.402 and 0.359, respectively), at the 99% confidence level, have a positive and significant effect on sustainable production. they had urban agriculture. also, among the social-knowledge requirements, the satisfaction of officials and executives and the participation of stakeholders, the environmental requirements, the collection and use of rainwater, and among the economic-supportive requirements, the access to cultivation tools and facilities, compared to other items. were more important. the results of this research can be used as a basis for formulating urban agriculture development strategies with an entrepreneurial approach. therefore, using the potential of urban land with the goals of economic and social empowerment of citizens can have a significant effect on the expansion of modern agriculture.
