واکاوی کیفی ترجیحات شغلی وآموزش مهارت های شغلی در آموزش های کشاورزی

این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی کیفی ترجیحات شغلی و آموزش مهارت‌های شغلی در آموزش‌های کشاورزی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای اشتغال پذیری دانشجویان دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ایلام انجام شد. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی بوده و به‌طور مشخص از میان روش‌های کیفی از روش پدیدارشناسی بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش تعداد 30 نفر از دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه ایلام بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند بوده است. ملاک پایان نمونه‌گیری ، اشباع نظری داده‌ها بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری و مقوله‌بندی و استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda نسخه 12 انجام شد. برای تایید روایی و پایایی یافته‌ها از قابلیت اعتماد (دقیق بودن یافته‌ها از منظر پژوهشگر و مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که شغل دلخواه بیشتر دانشجویان مشارکت کننده در پژوهش، دولتی بوده است. همچنین از دیدگاه دانشجویان مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش، ویژگی اقتصادی شغل بیشتر از سایر ویژگی ها شغل برای آنها اهمیت داشته است. نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان برای انتخاب شغل به آموزش مهارت‌های کسب‌وکار، مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی کارآفرینانه، مهارت‌های موفقیت و مهارت‌های تخصصی و کاربردی رشته نیاز دارند. پیشنهاد می‌شود آموزش‌های مرتبط با حوزه کسب‌وکار و آشنایی با فرصت‌های شغلی، به‌طور جدی و حساب‌شده در برنامه‌های درسی دانشجویان قرار گیرد. همچنین مرکز مشاوره شغلی در دانشگاه ایلام راه‌اندازی شود.

Qualitative analysis of job preferences and training of job skills in agricultural education

The purpose of this study was to investigate the concept of job and its characteristics and provide a suitable solution for employment of students in the Faculty of Agriculture, Ilam University. Qualitative research methodology and among the qualitative methods, phenomenological method has been used. Participants in the study were 30 agricultural students & faculty members of Ilam University who were purposefully selected and studied. Data collection tool was semistructured interview. The criterion for the end of sampling was saturation data theoretical. Data analysis was performed using coding and categorization and using MAXQDA software version 12. To confirm the validity and reliability of the findings, reliability (accuracy of the findings from the perspective of the researcher and participants) were used. The results showed that the preferred job of most of the students participating in the research was government. Also, from the students’ point of view, the economic characteristics of the job were more important to them than other characteristics of the job. The results also showed that students need to learn business skills, entrepreneurial psychological skills, success skills, and specialized and applied skills to choose a job. It is suggested that businessrelated training and job opportunities be taken seriously and carefully in students’ curricula. Also, a job counseling center should be set up at Ilam University.
