بررسی اثربخشی روش‌های آموزش کارآفرینی در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان

آموزش کارآفرینی نقش مهمی برای افزایش احتمال موفقیت در محیط پیچیده کسب وکار ایفا می کند.کلید موفقیت در آموزش کارآفرینی، شناسائی اثربخش‌ترین روش برای ارتقاء دانش و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز در بین دانشجویان است. با بررسی اثربخشی روش‌های مختلف آموزش کارآفرینی می‌توان درک عمیق‌تری در خصوص انتخاب روش‌های موثر، در بهبود نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان و همچنین ایجاد تنوع در تکنیک‌های آموزشی ایجاد کرد. بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی روش‌های آموزش کارآفرینی برای دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان و ارائه توصیه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های بهبود است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویانی بود که درس کارآفرینی را طی سال‌های 1395 تا 1398 گذرانده‌ بودند. با انجام یک مطالعه پیمایشی و گردآوری اطلاعات از 241 نفر از دانشجویان، اثربخشی 19 روش آموزشی که در درس کارآفرینی تجربه شده بود بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که روش‌های مطالعه جزوه درسی و انواع بازدیدهای علمی از کسب‌وکارهای مرتبط ‌بخش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی و همچنین صنعتی، مشارکت در رویدادهای برگزارشده توسط مرکز کارآفرینی دانشگاه و سخنرانی کارآفرینان مدعو در کلاس درس بیشتر استفاده شده است. در بین این روش‌ها جزوه درسی کمترین میزان اثربخشی را داشته است اما دانشجویان معتقد بودند که بازدیدهای علمی، سخنران مهمان و فعالیت در عملی در پارک کسب‌وکار اثربخشی قابل توجهی در ارتقاء دانش و مهارت آنها داشته‌ است. نتایج آزمون ویلکاکسون نشان داد شکاف نمره وضعیت موجود و میزان اثربخشی قابل توجه بود. بنابراین توصیه می شود که در ارائه کلاس از شیوه های آموزش میدانی ذکر شده بیشتر در آموزش کارآفرینی استفاده شود.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education methods in Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources

Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in increasing the likelihood of success in a complex milieu of business.The key to success in ntrepreneurship education is identifying the most effective way to enhance the required knowledge and skills among students. By examining the effectiveness of different methods of entrepreneurship education, a deeper understanding of the choice of effective methods can be created to improve the educational needs of students and also to create diversity in educational techniques. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education methods for students at Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources and to provide recommendations and guidelines for improvement. The target population included all students who had passed the entrepreneurship course during the years 2016 to 2019. By conducting a survey study and collecting data from 241 students, the effectiveness of 19 teached educational methods in the entrepreneurship course was evaluated. The results showed that the methods of studying the textbook and various types of scientific visits to related businesses in agriculture and natural resources as well as industrial sectors, participation in events organized by the University Entrepreneurship Center and lectures by invited entrepreneurs in the classroom were used more. Among these methods, the textbook was the least effective, but the students believed that scientific visits, guest speakers, and activities in a business park had a significant effect on improving their knowledge and skills. The results of Wilcoxon test showed that the gap between the current status score and the effectiveness rate was significant. Therefore, it is recommended to use the mentioned field training methods more in presenting the ntrepreneurship course.
