بررسی نقش توسعه گلخانه‌ای بر تولید و کارآفرینی در استان زنجان

در حال حاضر به سبب وجود مسائل و نارسایی‌هایی همچون افزایش جمعیت، بیکاری، محدودیت منابع آب و خاک، تهدیدات زیست‌ محیطی، پایین بودن عملکرد محصول و نگران از به خطر افتادن امنیت غذایی جامعه؛ نقش و اهمیت کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی نقش توسعه گلخانه‌ها در کارآفرینی و تولید در بخش کشاورزی استان زنجان است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارآفرینان واحدهای گلخانه‌ای سبزی و صیفی است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای ، 60 نفر تعیین شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌های جمع آوری شده از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه با بهره‌گیری از نظرات و تجربیات متخصصین دانشگاهی و کارشناسان بخش کشاورزی بررسی گردیده است. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با آلفای کرون باخ بررسی و ضریب کل آن به میزان 0.783 محاسبه شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای بالا بودن هزینه تجهیزات گلخانه، بالا بودن هزینه زمین و ریسک تولید، مهم‌ترین متغیرهای موثر در عدم استقبال از احداث گلخانه‌ بوده است. نبود سازوکارهای مناسب و گرانی نهاده‌های کشاورزی نیز، مهم‌ترین مشکلات موجود گلخانه داران است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد وجود مشوق‌های دولت و عدم نیاز به تخصص و مدرک خاص به عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل در ایجاد گرایش کارآفرینان به انجام سرمایه‌گذاری در گلخانه داری در استان زنجان است. همچنین تحلیل عاملی عوامل موثر در فرصت‌های کارآفرینی و تولید در گلخانه‌ها منجر به استخراج 5 عامل به نام‌های اقتصادی، فنی پشتیبانی، مدیریتی، اجتماعی و زیرساختی شد که 82 درصد واریانس را توجیه می‌کند.

Investigating the role of greenhouse development on production andentrepreneurship in Zanjan province

Today, due to problems such as population growth, unemployment, limited water and soilresources, environmental threats, low crop yields and concerns about endangering the foodsecurity; the role and importance of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector is felt more thanever. Therefore, comprehensive planning in the development of greenhouses can play animportant role in production and entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. The purpose of thisstudy was to investigate the role of greenhouse development in entrepreneurship and productionin the agricultural sector of Zanjan province. The target population was the entrepreneurs ofgreenhouse units who are producing vegetables. Using the proportional stratified randomsampling method, the sample size was calculated 60 greenhouses. SPSS software was used toanalyze the collected data. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed by experiencedacademic and agricultural experts. The Cronbach’s alpha was calculated as 0.78 showing thatthe questionnaires are reliable. The results showed that the variables including high cost ofgreenhouse equipments and land in addition to high production risk were the main issues forconstruction of greenhouses. Expensive agricultural inputs and lack of proper mechanisms arethe most important problems of greenhouse owners. Moreover, government incentives and noneed for special expertise and qualifications are the most important factors in encouraging theentrepreneurs to invest in greenhouses in the province. Factor analysis of effective factors inentrepreneurship and production opportunities in greenhouses led to the extraction of 5 factorsnamely economic, technicalsupport, managerial, social and infrastructure, which explain 82%of the variance.
