بهره گیری از الگوی کشاورزی مبتنی بر فرهنگ بومی (پرماکالچر) در توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی استان گیلان

کشاورزی مبتنی بر فرهنگ بومی (پرماکالچر) الگویی آگاهانه در بکارگیری سامانه های تولیدی کشاورزی است به نوعی که سه ویژگی تنوع، پایداری و انعطاف پذیری زیست بوم های طبیعی در آنها لحاظ گردد.این الگو، همسونگر با توسعه پایدار روستایی، تنوع بخش فعالیت‌های اقتصادی روستا و موجب افزایش منابع درآمدی حاصل از آن است. به دلیل تنوع و مزیت های جغرافیایی استان گیلان، شغل اکثر ساکنان روستایی، کشاورزی است که به دلیل فصلی بودن این فعالیت ها، این سبک اشتغال نمی تواند منبع درآمدی پایداری برای اقتصاد روستائیان این استان تلقی گردد. از این رو بهره برداری از ظرفیت گردشگری کشاورزی در کنار مدیریت خردمندانه محیط و کاربری صحیح منابع می‌تواند راهبرد مناسبی برای توسعه روستا و پایداری توسعه باشد. مطالعه حاضر، با مرور وسیع و گسترده ادبیات نظری و تجربی مرتبط و منابع کتابخانه‌ای، با هدف معرفی گردشگری کشاورزی مبتنی بر فرهنگ محلی استان گیلان و بکارگیری آن در توسعه کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی انجام شده است. این الگو، ضمن مراقبت از زمین، مراقبت از ساکنان محلی و تقسیم عادلانه درآمد در روستاها، به روش هایی بسیار ارزان و کم هزینه، ساده، قابل درک و اعمال توسط مردم محلی انجام می پذیرد و همگی برگرفته از الگوهایی است که در طبیعت در حال شکل گیری است.

Utilization of Agricultural Model Based on Indigenous Culture (Permaculture) inthe Development of Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship in Guilan Province

Indigenous culturebased agriculture (permaculture) is a conscious model for employingagricultural production systems in which three characteristics of diversity, sustainability andresilience are considered. This pattern is related to sustainable rural development, diversificationof rural economic activities and increasing revenue sources from it. Due to diversity andgeographical advantages of Guilan province, the occupation of most rural residents isagriculture which due to seasonality of these activities, this style of employment could not be asource of sustainability for rural economy. Therefore, taking advantage of agricultural tourismcapacity along with proper environment management and correct use of resources can be asuitable strategy for rural development and sustainability. This study has been done withextensive review of relevant theoretical and empirical literature and library resources with theaim of introducing agricultural tourism based on local culture of Guilan province and employingit in rural tourism entrepreneurship development. The results show that the use of permaculturepattern which is derived from natural and cultural power of Guilan province, while taking careof the land, taking care of local residents and equitable distribution of income in rural areas, arevery cheap and low cost, simple, understandable and applied by local people.
